Chartiers Custom Pet Cremation

It’s on odd thing to review, but b/​c I found Chartiers Custom Pet Cremation via a Unilocal search, I have to add my praises. Deb is very professional and compassionate, and handled a delicate and sad occasion with much aplomb.
I had already planned that when my senior dog passed, I would like to have him individually cremated and wanted to take the ashes home. He passed comfortably at home, and I placed a call to Deb who rushed over to the facility to meet me and finalize arrangements. She was gentle and understanding. I was extremely pleased with the array of options to memorialize my little guy, and while price wasn’t a huge concern, I found the cost to be much less than I expected.
Deb produced a quick turnaround for the remains, and also included a yellow rose with a lock of my pup’s hair and a sweet poem, all very much appreciated. As a pet lover, I know unfortunately I will be in need of said services again, and I won’t hesitate to return to Chartiers Custom Pet Cremation.

I can not express in words how wonderful Chartiers Custom Pet Cremation is. We lost our dog, and they help make the arrangements so much better. My bf and I felt welcomed and comfortable about what was being done with our Oliver. The owner, Deb, is a wonderful person and really helped us in our time of grief. They will come and get your pets remains and bring their ashes if you would like. My bf and I opted to take them in ourselves, and we were able to have a little private time before we left. I plan on recommending Chartiers Custom Pet Cremation to every pet owner I know!!!
