Bought a foreclosed house whom the company who performed the mold remediation originally did not 100% do there job so I had to call several mold companies to came over and give out an estimate. Ron Miller was sent out and I would say he explained the process they do, walked around the area and gave his professional opinion on what needs to be done and explained why they are different from other mold contractors. Answered all my question and was very professional. It boils down to the quality of work and the type of encapsulant they use, not the cheapeast. I got the proposal, I would love to go with them but my budget can not. They are not the most expensive and not the cheapest but in the middle. I gave them 5 stars from the estimate experience

I had asbestos tiles with this nasty, impossible to budge black asbestos mastic adhering them to my basement floor. My plan was to encase the asbestos tiles under some ceramic tiles, but unfortunately I’ve had seepage in my foundation, so I scrapped that idea in lieu of removing the asbestos tiles and mastic completely and doing a simple concrete and epoxy basement floor.
It was not that easy to find an abatement company and I had to make a lot of calls.
Bluestone was professional and experienced and inspired confidence through the whole process. Ron Miller was my estimator and he was on time and knew his stuff. I obtained 3 estimates and Bluestone came in the lowest. Another company was also able to complete the work in one day, however they were a lot more expensive. A third company was a little more expensive than Bluestone and there was a 3 week waiting period. That company was a one-​man shop and it would have taken him several days to do the job.
I know my job was on the more difficult side due to the cement-​like mastic. Additionally, my house is a construction zone with no working bathroom, but none of this was a problem for Bluestone. They told me they routinely abate homes with no running water or electricity. They are experts. Their team was able to remediate my entire basement which is quite large in less than one day. There was no damage to the drywall we had just installed. Everything was cleaned beautifully. They have several abatement teams and will be able to do your job quickly.
