They should really shut this location down. Terrible service across all staff. Have had a lot of bad experiences, but my favorite is this: was once there, waited 15 minutes to order, and had barely gotten out the first drink order when a lady across the room yelled«excuse me!» and started asking about something. Our server left us without a word and went to address the woman. He then came back five minutes later. We again started to order, when he saw another server and called to him; he left without saying anything AGAIN and they both went to talk to the woman. We left at that point, as we were clearly not going to get to order, and were cheerfully told«thanks, see you again!» to a hostess who had sat us not a full twenty minutes before. When I called to complain, the manager told me that someone at another table entirely told him about what happened to us and that I «have to give them another chance» but did nothing to rectify the situation.

Friendly people here, but this location tends to have a funky smell when you walk in. I didn’t notice it once we were seated, so that’s good. Service was great. Tried the Endless Shrimp special for $ 16.99 with shrimp scampi, habanero pineapple coconut shrimp bites, teriyaki shrimp, and breaded shrimp. As always, the salads and cheddar biscuits are good.

This Red Lobster location is not bad at all. The customer service was decent and the food came back piping hot. The restaurant was surprisingly clean under the circumstances that it was a busy rush hour period that there were a lot of patrons here. Thank goodness I didn’t get hair in my food like the south county location.(I still have nightmares from that scenario.) I got the Ultimate feast, which is more than enough food to feed a small army. I also liked their new tea additions. The server was decent and came back and asked if we had any issues.

Great food. Great price. Very friendly service. Only to be ruined by dirty table ware. Check those forks and knives wrapped in table napkins. Foreign material sticking to them. Makes you wonder how they clean them

I haven’t been to a Red Lobster in years. I went with coworkers as we were traveling through this town. Fried calamari and vegetables were terrible and 3 different pasta dishes my coworkers ordered were marginal at best and with terrible presentation. I ordered the lobster tacos which were newer to the menu. Chewy claw and knuckle meat in the tacos but the flavorful sauce in the tacos actually made the lobster taco fair. Service was slow and not very attentive.

We absolutely love the Chesterfield location but because of the drive, we decided to do the St Charles Rock Road location. I will admit that today this place was fairly empty and service was prompt and pleasing. We thought for sure that it was not going to be a great experience looking at the parking lot as it seemed crowded, we walked right in and we seated immediately. Not sure why they closed the Florissant location as that one would have been ideal as we live closer to New Halls Ferry, but good job Bridgeton location!

I love Red Lobsters and their free delicious biscuits are wonderful. This isn’t the busiest location but I love the quite atmosphere. We usually go to the one in Boone crossing in Chesterfield but that one is always so busy. So we try to come to this one because we feel we get more personal attention.

Went here early on a Friday night because we had a gift card. They were busy so we had a 30 min wait, which we spent at the bar. Finally seated and service was very slow. Our server didn’t come over for 15 min, although we did get drinks from a busboy. When she finally came over we were rushed through our order and weren’t told any specials they might have had. Ordered mussels for an app, and when they were brought out we had to sit there and look at them for another few minutes since we were never brought utensils, plates, or even those awesome cheddar biscuits. Our server seemed to be doing a good job of avoiding us, so we had to flag down someone else to get them for us. Main course comes out, never got the salad I ordered so had to ask for that. I ordered the steak and shrimp. Asked for medium rare, got well done. Still tasty though. My boyfriend got the bar harbor lobster bake. No complaints there… Lots of seafood, three small lobster tails all over pasta. I won’t get into every detail of the terrible service, let’s just say it was almost comical at the end of the night how bad it got. The food was the only redeeming factor though. Pretty good for a national chain seafood restaurant. Definitely recommend the bar harbor lobster bake.

Red Lobster is a restaurant staple. While I may not visit often, it’s a cornerstone of dining out. I’ve never had a bad meal, in the over 30+ yrs that I’ve eaten there and I’ve always loved their tartar sauce. Each time I go, I suffer through the decision of choosing between 3 – 4 meal options. What more can I say… oh yea, avoid the after Church crowd. Unnecessary to wait that long.

Wow… so much for an «ok» experience the last time. Today, I simply wanted to place an order for carry-out. I called, and was put on hold for FIFTEENMINUTES. Nobody picked up at any point, beyond when I was first put on hold. Knowing that the«hold» tone is different than the«new call» tone on many phones, I got sick of waiting at the 15:39 mark, and called back. Someone else picked up, and I explained that I wanted to place a take-out order. «I would like to place an order for take out.» CLICK! I hear the slam of a phone receiver, and am again put on hold. No explanation. No «please hold.» No nothing. Are you kidding me?

It was tough staying for dinner at this restaurant after reading the other reviews posted here. This turned out to be an enjoyable experience. Contrary to the other reviews, the service was outstanding. When my party of 10 people arrived we were told that it would take 45 minutes to get seated. Turns out it only took 30 minutes. The manager called another Red Lobster 15 minutes away to see if they had faster seating but they were busy also. The servers were excellent and took very good care of us. Fresh biscuits and drinks were provided in a timely manner. Two waiters worked together to take our orders which really expedited things and reduced the time we had to wait for our food. Once the food did arrive, it was freshly prepared and piping hot. Overall the experience was wonderful and I recommend you give the place a try if you’ve had a bad experience here before.

Poor excuse for service on Tuesday night. 40 minute wait with 20% of seating in use. Obviously very understaffed. Once seated it became obvious that the employees were new and could not handle multiple tables with ease. Appetizer of Fried Green Beans was poorly prepared. Soup and salad were actually quite good. Drink refills were nonexistent unless begged for. Entrée took an abnormal amount of time to arrive at the table. This would definately not be a place I would return to. Staff overheard arguing with each other in galley(easy ear shot of customers) re: how long they were willing to work.

This expeiernce was better than the last time, we actually had a waitress that waited on us and was concerned about her tables! Food was good and atmosphere was happy!

Food was decent, waitress was nice but all in all, service was crappy. I’ll attend a different restaurant for next years birthday festivities!

They did okay — not great. Seriously though, as long as they have those amazing biscuits and provide them in sufficient quantity I think I could just get a glass of water, knock back a couple of biscuits and be happy on my infrequent trips to Red Lobster. A few missteps: — They tried to seat four grown men at a booth in the bar when there was nobody else sitting in the bar. Thanks but we prefer a table. — There was a wait but the place was less than 1⁄3 full. Everyone’s order seemed to come out at the right temperature and I didn’t hear any complaints about the food. Drinks were kept full. My stuffed fish was decent but not great. All in all, a chain restaurant for a mid-week lunch and our expectations were met… with the exception of the missteps upon arrival. Certainly not the best first impression.

Worst experience at a restaurant period ever! Waitress was rude. Talked to manager and he said if you think she’s rude you won’t like me either. Called owner they said sorry better luck next time we hope… STAYAWAYRUN!!!

This is the strangest RL I’ve ever been too. Had a job fair to work until 8 p.m. and was starving. This RL was close enough to the hotel per Unilocal so I headed here before the hotel for take out. The bar was a mess. There was a shrimp tail just sitting on the bar. The bar really needed to be wiped down. The bartender seemed annoyed or maybe he just had a curt personality. He warmed up a bit before I left. I’m curious as to whether this is in a bad part of town. This is the first RL I’ve been to with a security guard/rent a cop. The street it’s on had some typical retail including Target and Kohl’s. Didn’t seem like a scary part of town but they had a guard nonetheless. Either the bartender took a weed break or the couple just seated in one of the booths did because there was a definite scent of pot that arrived while I was waiting for my food. Didn’t look into the main dining room.

I’ve been here twice now and both visits were terrible. Both times we were seated in the bar area, which is always crowded and noisy — very uncomfortable when it’s only my boyfriend and myself present. In the first visit: we ordered, received our drinks, and then proceeded to wait for our food … and wait … and wait. The waitress completely disappeared on us along with the rest of the section. Multiple people were looking around with empty drinks and empty stomachs wondering where she was. Despite sitting in the bar area, not a single other server offered to refill our drinks or check on our food. Finally we complained and were moved into the completely empty dining room with a new server. The rest of the meal was decent, so we decided not to completely write them off. However the second time we visited, we were again place in the same section — same table! My boyfriend and I ordered our food and received the same terrible service. Our appetizers were delivered about 20 minutes into waiting, before we even received bread or salads. It took about an hour from ordering until we received our entrées. There were always five or more servers standing around the entrance talking to each other, so it doesn’t seem like the restaurant is short on staff. Why is it so hard for them to get food out within a reasonable time frame? To sum it up: extremely long wait for food, terrible service, and bad seating. Find somewhere else to eat.

This definitely isn’t the nicest Red Lobster in the area. It’s a tad run down and it is ALWAYS crowded. Always. I went on a week night and there was still a 20 minute late. Frustrating part was that there was an entire empty dining room and apparently not enough staff to handle it. Endless shrimp is always my favorite promotion, and a great deal to boot. First round of shrimp took probably 20 minutes to show up but subsequent rounds were much quicker. No hassles about asking for a to-go box after I accidentally ordered too much. Wait staff was super friendly this time, I sat in the bar. Everyone chipped in with refills and clearing empty plates.
