I have been a regular customer there for over a year. The staff is always nice, its clean, I almost never have to wait for a bed to be available, and the price is very reasonable. I am just disappointed that memberships are only limited to the one location you sign up at.

This place is horrible! Stay away! The staff is rude and inconsiderate of their customers! Awhile back I purchased a spray tan as a new client at that location. The first thing I asked at the counter was,“are you guys still doing the BOGO spray tans” and the girl told me yes. Also, that I had a year to use my other one. I also bought the infuser and she told me to use only half, so I can use the other half for my free one. I go back there yesterday to use my free one, hoping to get a nice glow for the 4th of July. The girl opened my account and said my free one wasn’t on there. This girl was supposedly the«area manager» and she wouldn’t even look me in the eye while talking to me. She said«I’m not sure why she gave you the BOGO, we aren’t even doing it anymore! She doesn’t work here anymore anyways!» So this is a reason to screw over one of your clients??? After arguing with her for sometime, and her pretty much telling me to screw off! I wanted the district managers number and she wouldn’t give it to me. I tried writing their higher managers, and still have yet to hear from them. I ended up just buying another one, hoping they would see their ways and refund me… nothing! I will never set foot in that pacific beach or probably any other one again!

I wouldn’t go back to this establishment, or ANY of its locations, due to the utterly absurd attitude problem and rudeness of the«manager.» When I explained that I had experienced an allergic reaction and was not going to be able to use my unlimited week-long package, she SO rudely said there was nothing she could do, that I had to let them know w/in 24 hours if there was a problem.(I did not notify them immediately, since I was hoping my rash would go away after a day or 2.) She would not agree to let me have one $ 12 spray tan in lieu of the UV beds. The message was LOUDANDCLEAR — — «Too bad, so sad, not my problem!!!» TOBOOT — She would not give me the name or # of someone else within the company I could at least talk to! FURTHERMORE, I logged a concern on their Corporate website and ask that they respond, and the company never got back to me. This is THE singlemost WORST experience I’ve had regarding customer service in YEARS!!! Clearly, it was more important to this mananger to take my $ 100 and tell me «too bad,» than to think about the big picture — that I could have been a returning customer with LOTS more $$$$‘s to give them. Having managed a tan spa for over 11 years when I was a teen and beyond, I can tell you, we would NEVER have treated this whole scenario this way!
