Scammers! Nothing but false alarms and horrible customer service. BEWARE OF THEIR CONTRACTS! They trap you in, even if you sell your home. I do not recommend them AT ALL.

Awful company. About 2 years into my contract, when I phoned them to tell them I was moving, they put a lien on my house for the equipment. No call to me. Just liened my house after I phoned them to discuss my move. Unprofessional. Customer service useless. In my opinion, they are predatory.

Dishonest !!
Talked with Marilyn to have some cameras installed with no contract, she said no problem & sent someone out to give me an estimate. When they get here I learn there is a contract. When I initially talked with her she tried to sell me everything under the sun, I was going to hang up the phone because she was so annoying. I should have !

Look elsewhere. Not only do you have to commit to a 60-​month contract because they are installing «$ 1672.00 equipment» (they mark up significantly)… The customer service is AWFUL. Even the manager Eric is condescending and unhelpful. Take my advice and stay away!

Make sure you don’t move! If your new buyers don’t want your security system, you have to pay $ 900 for the equipment! Total scam
