European Boutique

Visited this shop today and I was blown away by the hundreds of beautiful dresses for little girls. The owner took her time with us and wasn’t pushy. You can find anything from Baptism, First Communion, Flower Girl dresses and more. I even saw the cutest outfits for little boys. The shop is small and not in the best location but that doesn’t matter. What matters is… you will leave there happy.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
I was looking for a one of a kind dress for my daughter first holy communion and did not want anything in my area (Waterbury). I ordered a dress in February for the event in May. I’m thinking I’m right on schedule, hate doing things last minute. Well the dress never came in and i was continuously getting reassured that it would be in on time and it never did!!! Tried to find something else within the store since I had less then a wk til the event and i didn’t like anything on the floor. I settled for one style in which it still needed to be altered. The owner then sent me to a seamstress down the street who she worked with. She flat out said it could not be altered in time (at that point i appreciated her honesty). Went back to the store and the owner refused me a refund! As if this was my fault. Remember I’m less then a wk away with no dress, and out of a few hundred $$. Nasty people, who know nothing about customer service. I got the impression from this other elderly woman that came in to buy a gift for her granddaughter, that she was known to be this type of establishment in the neighborhood. Trust me, she does have nice pieces (overpriced by the way) but if your like me, and willing to pay top $ for something, you should get top notch service at least the respect and honesty that should come from a boutique.

Nothing around has as vast a selection of girly girl clothes for special events. Wide selection of European boys and girls options that casts a shadow on all other options around.
