Do yourself a great favor and DONOT use this company! I can’t believe a reputable company like LG uses them as their service provider. I purchased a front load LG washer in September, by November during the heavy duty load, I started to smell a motor burning/wire smell. I called LG and they sent this incompetent worker from Electronic Repairs LLC to my house. I will bullet the issues: — Repair guy was suppose to show up between 9 – 12 pm… shows up hours later because my husband called to find out where he was. — After 5 mins of leaving him alone to take a business call. He yells from the laundry room because he has now ripped the solid porcelain laundry sink from the wall and broken the entire side of the sink… I will post a picture if it allows. You will be amazed. — He dented and damaged the $ 1500 washer. — He tells my husband the sink broke because the washer during spin moved, tore it from the wall and broke it! Yes, he actually said that. — After 2 weeks of still not getting a final resolution from LG and the repair company refusing to take responsibility and provide insurance coverage, LG wants to send the same company to assess the damage… really? Very disappointed with LG since I work for GE and could have purchased a similar washer for large discount but I chose LG! Apparently, my first mistake. Had a Maytag for 12 years that never gave me a problem. Just needed a larger tub. All I can say is I hope LG does the right thing!

I bought a AC back 2010 with a warranty plan. 2012 the AC broke. I called Walmart to set up a repair. They helped me to schedule a repair with Electronic Repairs LLC in Bridgeport. The guy picked up the AC in the morning did not say any word about when was gonna be repaired. After waited for over two weeks, I called walmart to see if they knew what is going on. They told me the parts need to order to fix the AC, it should be done this week. Fair enough. Funny thing, at the same day the repair guy called said the AC is ready and wanted to drop off today. I called back and said I am at work and ask if he can put in the box and leave outside the house. He said No. Because he does not have a box. then I asked him if he can deliver tomorrow, he said no as well, and then he said I dont want to be Norwalk tomorrow. Great, what a great service they can offer.
