If the line was not so long and slow it would be 4 stars. The rolls are soft and fresh and the fries are hot. The cheeseburgers are to die for and the sausage egg and cheese are amazing. I wish Duchess would open closer to Hartford!

Another place where everything is good. Everything is cooked to order and ingredients are delivered daily. They also have breakfast available all day. They have 2 Coca Cola Freestyle machines. They also have a drive thru.

Oh Duchess! I have stopped in on occasion many times in my fast food history and I can’t put my finger as to why. With so many tastier options in the area in the same price range I always ask myself afterward why I chose to come here as I swallow down my chicken sandwich + fries, with my always extra gassy custom soft drink mix. While most of the times it is a matter of convenience and where I am at the moment, you can’t deny their $ 5 chicken sandwich deals are hard to beat! While I wish they weren’t as skimpy with the sauces and would finally offer sweet potato fries, I will probably go back someday.

They have a huge menu, serving breakfast, lunch & dinner all-​day long. Although they are considered a fast food franchise; their food is more like what you’d get served at a diner; and their prices are very reasonable.

Duchess has been a go to place ever since i was little. Its typical good american food, hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken nuggets, grilled cheese, etc.
The drive through (depending on the time of day) is quick and speedy, unless during the lunch rush, its often times crowded and you will have to wait a few mins, but overall nothing to complain about there.
Duchess is the fast food you want, but with better quality than McDonalds or Burger King.
