This place is absolutely terrible. Deliveries come over an hour later. Pizza comes warm to slightly cold temperature. Once I told the delivery guy to come to my door stop since it was raining, he gave me attitude and said he could not. Then my pizza got delivered and there was a slice missing. When I called dominoes to complain they asked me why the driver would take a slice from my pizza?
What the heck. How do I know why?! But he did!

I did the order via phone on 11:25pm June 21
The delivery guy came at 12:45am after I’ve been told the delivery takes 30 – 40 min.
When he gave me the pizza box I’ve opened to check the pizza quality and most of it was stick to the box cover.
Of course I sent him back.
No more dominos pizza for me!
Shame on you guy’s I use to be your best customer back in Boca Raton Florida and you can check it!!!

I live 1.4 miles away and delivery for a medium pepperoni pizza and an order of 8 chicken wings took 1 hour and 20 minutes. And it’s just a Monday. The person who answered the phone did not understand English AT ALL! He picked up, I asked for delivery, he then asked for my phone number two times, and then after the third time asking my address, he put me on hold and apparently still didn’t understand my address because he had gotten someone else to pick up who had to ask my address again and then take my order. Then, 1 hour and 20 minutes later, the driver arrived, he was very nice yes, but by then the food was cold. Never EVER ordering from there again. A complete waste of money.

First things first. Alexander the delivery driver was extremely polite and on time. He would have gotten five stars.
However, they sent me not one but two pizzas that were completely burnt on the top and RAW on the bottom. We both tried a piece and then they went right into the trash. I’ve never in my life had pizza so bad that I had to throw it out. Good job Dominos
