Delicious sandwiches and sides with fresh ingredients. I have always ordered the shad italian and it never disappoints.

Cifelli’s is a great little deli if you’re craving a hoagie made with fresh ingredients and love. Their sandwiches are delicious, stuffed generously with quality ingredients. Their Shad includes ham capicola, cooked salami, genoa, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, oil and oregano. It’s a delicious lunch, and mighty filling. The breads are sourced locally and are wonderfully soft, chewy and delicious. They are sometimes busy on Sundays or weekly during lunch, as it is just a small deli counter with two outdoor tables. Not only are the hoagies great, the staff and owners are lovely and I’ve taken to buying my deli meats here instead of larger grocers. Don’t try to come here on your Monday lunch break, as they won’t be open.

I’m a guy who loves a good sandwich and today Cifelli’s delivered. I tried their«shad» sandwich which as other people have mentioned is their italian. All the ingredients were fresh and of great quality. As expected with most small mom and pops places the quantity of meet and cheese was plentiful, you really get your money’s worth. The provolone wasn’t the sharpest I’ve had but it was still sharp enough to make its presence known. For me what really set them apart from other good italian sandwiches I’ve had was the bread. It is a seeded roll with a light to medium chewiness, almost like the texture and firmness of a soft pretzel, fantastic. I will be returning to Cifelli’s, next to try their hot pork sandwich with their homemade hot peppers.

Locally famous for their«Shad» sandwich which is really an italian hoagie in any other establishment. I also never knew about Zeps before I worked in this area. A zep is simply tomato, cooked salami, provolone, oil, and onion all slapped on a roll. Cifellis is a small family owned deli specializing in hot & cold sandwiches as well as salads. They also offer soups and chili seasonally too. They offer outside seating(2 plastic tables) that remind me of sitting next to Tony Soprano somewhere in North Jersey. The staff are very friendly and have great attitudes. A hidden little place that is easy on the wallet while being consistently good.
