This place has so much potential. The layouts are nice and there is a ton of storage space. The prices are very fair and the complex is small, which I prefer. Management was always helpful and lenient in some ways. The apartments are older, though, and they seem dirty. Also the parking in just awful. The floors creaked and little things would break and seem to fall apart. This isn’t a place I would stay a long time, but for a budget friendly, short lease I would somewhat reluctantly recommend them.
