Pretty much the best Verizon store I have ever been to. Excellent customer service and the staff were so informative! I will definitely go back for ALL of my Verizon needs! Thank you so much for everything and such a wonderful experience!

When my three year old phone broke I came to this store for a replacement. It looks like a regular Verizon store but alas, it is not. I went in and told the salesman, Eug, what happened and that I wanted to use an upgrade from my account. After his smoke and mirrors show, my free upgrade was going to be $ 600 for a phone with the new Edge option. Or I could pay $ 230 in cash. I took the payment option as I needed a new phone ASAP. When I contacted the real Verizon they told me to return the phone immediately and tell them that I should have a FREE upgrade for a better phone. I went back to the store and told them what Verizon said and they said I was wrong and Verizon was wrong. The person who took the return was so nasty I left in tears. I had to tell him 3 times to just give me my money back after he refused to answer my question. I immediately went to the corporate store and whaddua know??? I had a new phone with twice the memory for FREE! I returned to this poor excuse for customer service and told this person what happened and he shook his head. HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE! They are out to make money and not help their customers. Drive right by this place and go to the corporate store. It will save you money.
