I’ve been a patient here for several years. I also spent 3 years at another dialysis center. I also spent some time in my career inspecting dialysis centers for the State.
This one is excellent. Wait times are reasonable — I am almost always put on within ten minutes of my start time. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Sanitation is excellent.
One minor problem is that one tech is not very proficient at the job — but that’s only one of 15 or so. There are a couple of minor improvements that could be made (which I have suggested), but these are not related to patient care.
There are two centers closer to my home, but this one is superior.
