Have been enjoying their classes for years, both during and after the workout! Good choroegraphy and a nice mix of music. Unfortunately I can only go once a week, because it’s the first cardio exercise I have truly enjoyed instead of endured.

Melissa and Michael are the best zumba instructors! I have so much fun whenever I take their classes. I love their music selection… hip hop, pop, Latin, and oldies. And they choreograph the routines so it’s great for all fitness levels. You get to decide the intensity level that works best for you.
