Best pharmacy in Ocean County… hands down! The big chains are terrible! Briarmill always has the shortest wait times, if any at all. The staff is fabulous and one of the main reasons I go out of my way to have made this my pharmacy for the past twenty five years. The current staff has an A+++ personality. Always smiling, courteous and knowledgable young ladies in the back make it a pleasure. Love the fact that I can also get my stamps and lotto tickets. The girls are always so sweet @ the post office as well and very helpful. Thank you Briarmill!

The ladies behind counters are the best main reason I still us this pharmacy. But the caring customer service by pharmacist and new owners have failed. Had incident this past week and hopefully they correct this week. if not I’ll repost my complaint…

Great service ! They absolutely give the lowest cash prices in comparison to their competitors the chains. They truly and consistently go the second mile to meet my needs every single time. They offer free delivery & pick up as well. I recommend this pharmacy if you’re looking for personalized service from pharmacists who care.

Wish they would get some renovations going. Don’t ever remember them ever changing the place. I go there because of the location. I live behind the store. Anyway, the pharmacy is pretty good with their services and they are fast to fill Rx’s. What I don’t like is they will sometimes give me some of the RX and ask me to come back to get the other the next day because they can’t fill it all. The post office is in there for your stamps, etc.
I wish they would stock more items on the shelves and have more of a selection. Not a good place to shop since the place is too small plus the prices aren’t great.
