With so many bridal/​special occasion shops today running their business like a visit to the doctor’s office (appointment times, sign-​in sheets, allotted times that you can spend in their shop, no taking pictures allowed, etc), Antonette Rose was like a breath of fresh air! The staff was so friendly and accommodating and allowed you to take the time you needed to find that perfect dress! This shop has been around for a long time here in Brick and it’s no wonder. I couldn’t more highly recommend this lovely, cozy shop, which houses an amazing collection of absolutely beautiful dresses and gowns. My granddaughter found the perfect special occasion dress there and it will definitely be the first place we look from now and the first place we recommend to anyone of our friends.

Ok, this is my 2nd review for this shop. Showed up 1 week before prom and the owner and Lucy could not have been more accommodating. Both new their merchandise and knew exactly what my daughter was looking for. We were out in under an hour and anyone who has daughters knows how hard prom shopping can be. It was a pleasure, beautiful selections and alterations with Zooma a breeze. Love, love this shop!!!

Both myself and 2 relatives had NIGHTMARE experiences with Antoinette Rose. Tuxes came in the wrong order, custom gowns were measured incorrectly, they lied about selling an altered floor version of a dress, etc. Antoinette (the owner) is rude and not only cursed at and hung up on us when we were trying to get our problems resolved. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

It astonishes me that this place is still in business considering how rude and unprofessional the the owner is. The seamstress said she would accommodate my schedule but forgot and then told the owner that I was lying. When I spoke to the owner she was incredibly unprofessional, aggressive, and for lack of any better adjectives a complete bitch! She said if I wanted her to stay a little late to allow me to pick up my dress that I needed for the next day, that I had to pay for her babysitter. The two options she left me were she crould leave my dress outside the store on the door or I could pick it up in the morning which would ultimately make me late for the wedding! So, she left the dress outside with a note saying kindness goes a long way! She should take her own advice! I would not recommend this place unless you enjoy being treated poorly!
