I called Russell on a Sunday night after we had an electrical short in one of our Air Handlers in the attic. As promised he appeared on Monday, got a parts needed inventory, came back and had all up and working at a reasonable price. The attic had to be a 120 degrees but he diligently plowed through and got it done. I could not have asked for better service. I recommend him highly.

I recently had the need for central a/​c repair. I called a few local «big companies» as well as Russell for proposals. Not only was Russell the most prompt but he also was the most honest. While the other companies offered to replace every piece of equipment that I had Russell let me know what I really needed and was considerably less than the other quotes I received. Russell performed the job that week while the others said they could complete the job in 2 or 3 weeks. I highly recommend Russell heating cooling, I’d give him 6 stars if I could.

It’s rare to find a classy, professional, trustworthy person in the service industry. Russell is an honorable person who I will hire for my heating and cooling needs. Recently, I needed work done on my system and Russel came by and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. He was very knowledgeable and determined to restore the system to proper working order while keeping costs low. Our system has never worked so efficiently and effectively. How many people operate that way in this day and age? Russell will always get my business!!!
