Alex’s Barber Shop

I like these guys. They do a good job every time and the price is right. The shop is kept nice and clean even with all the hair tumbling off heads. And they know how to use a straight razor (every barber ought to!). I’ve been a customer for about 4 years now, and for 2 of those I’ve lived ~20 miles south.

Alex’s barber shop is amazing. You will find Great barbers who have always found a way to make my son smile during his haircut. Very clean shop and they always make you feel welcome.

Just can’t beat this shop. Great barbers, clean shop, repeat customers (30 years from this reviewer). Alex, Nat & David make you feel like family and you walk out with a great haircut or shave.

At 9am My husband and I were at dunkin donuts when we saw a man with a barber kind of shirt on. My husband needed a haircut asap and he has never strayed from his barber since he was 16. But due to the situation we were in, we needed his hair cut asap and his barber didn’t open until 11.
We followed the man into the shop. Later on we connected it was the owner Alex.
The shop is actually quite big and very clean. I felt fine and comfortable being the only girl in the shop. The guys were very respectful.
My husband is sooooo particular. But, he told Alex that was it, he was a returning customer after the hot shave on the back of his neck. He says that’s a sign the place is old school and good :)
Alex was so careful and not one hair was out of place. The shape up was perfect. You can’t beat experience really.
I’m sure all the guys are great in the shop but our experience with Alex was awesome. He was patient and chatty and kind.

A shave with a straight razor and barbers who take the time to make sure you look good! They even neaten you up in ways like shaving your neck!
The current price of $ 17 for a haircut shouldn’t be a detergent if you care how you look!

I moved more than 40 minutes away from them and still drive to them regularly to get my hair cut and shaved. Nobody else in Westchester is as skilled or friendly as these guys are. And it doesn’t hurt that their prices are actually really fair. I have paid more at other places for haircuts which were not nearly as good. That is why I keep coming back! Alex, David, Mark, and Natal are awesome.

It’s crowded for a reason. Alex does a great job for me, no easy feat, and the staff overall is good, experienced and friendly.
There is ample room to wait, including a wide screen TV (!) and they service everyone from toddlers to people who don’t have much foliage.
