Stopped by for lunch today. The burger and fries were ok but when I looked at the receipt I was stunned to find that I’d been charged $ 1.69 (plus tax) for a small (est. one pint) bottle of chilled water. Seems a bit high, given that a gallon of regular gasoline can be had for well under $ 2.00 these days. An additional irritant was the «music» which, to my ears, sounded like root canal without the benefit of anesthesia.
Next time, if there is one, I’ll eat in my car and be more careful examining the prices before I order.

My husband and I were in near lunch and it wasn’t very busy. We ordered our meals and I also requested hot water. After 15 minutes, I asked if they forgot. The cashier was rude and said yes. I waited another 10 minutes and got tepid water which was not warm enough to use. We realized our bill was also too high and I asked the cashier about it because our drinks were supposed to be included with our meals. She rudely stated the ‘hot’ water was a 1.99 charge. I contacted Burger King and they took my information and made no offer to refund me for the water. Additionally, our meals were soggy and greasy. I am very disappointed with the inferior customer service and low quality food.

This burger king is excellent, food is super hot and fresh, never a bad meal for fast food, service is always freindly and professional, skip the crappy mcdonalds and get your quick meal here!
