One star or two? I’ll give it two only because the bourbon salmon was pretty tasty. We asked for grilled chicken for the niece and it came out fried. Asked for a plain sweet potato and it came out drowned in cinn/​sugar and butter. My bro-​in-​law asked for no seasoning in his steak and it came out with seasoning. The service was fair but the food took forever to come out. I highly suggest finding a more local place to dine.

If you prefer your cheese fries to be doused with curly black hair, your steak to be raw when ordered medium well, your chicken tips to have a cool pink center, your glass to smell like fish tank water, your chef to pull his pants over his butt, wipe his face, and then turn food on a plate with his bare hands, your server to drop the f bomb in front of children and explain the place is a GD disaster, and to get sick, please try out this Sagebrush.
This isn’t a one time experience. We are locals. We have attempted to eat there many times in hopes for a better outcome. Years ago it was fine. Now, it should be closed down by the health department for being unsanitary and unsafe food handling.
I have also contacted the corporate office of Sagebrush letting them know it is a disgrace to their corporation, the community, and the employees.

This is perhaps the worst place to have lunch that I’ve had in a long time. The atmosphere is so old and dilapidated and just dingy. The service was really poor. The food was just barely adequate. The waitress was not very interested in the quality or the service that she provided. I recommend eating anywhere else in Brevard rather than to eat at sagebrush. The only reason I gave this restaurant a one star rating is because there’s no choice in the matter whether you could give them a lower grade than that.

We LOVED this place. My wife and I had eaten here before and liked it but last weekend we had some friends with us and EVERYONE loved it.
Great service. Excellent food. Very reasonable prices.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a good, affordable meal with great service. We will definitely be back.

This is the best way I can describe The Sagebrush: Take a Denny’s, hire back each and every disgruntled employee that’s worked for them in the past three years, and pay them half the wages that they were getting before. Remind them how worthless they are for getting fired in the first place, so they’re even more unmotivated.
Now that you have a staff, decorate the entire place in a western-​theme, of what you think a steak house in the west should look like (without actually visiting an authentic western steakhouse or even looking at any pictures. But stop half-​way through the decoration, remember that you’re in North Carolina, and switch to a NASCAR theme, then realize people like other sports –stop again, and decorate in random sports memorabilia.
Now that the establishment is all set with décor and staff, serve food that’s been prepared in cookware made from a salt-​lick and serve.
That’s dinner at The Sagebrush. You’d be better off to avoid it, unless you like that «rocks-​in-​gut» feeling.
In their favor, at least the pricing reflects the service and food.
