This place is awesome! Having breakfast here is my favorite. I love trying a new thing every time I go.

I wish I could give negative stars, horrible experience. I walked in to order a bagel with lox, the girl charged me 9.75 $ for a bagel, with no lox no avacado. hah
The purpose was to get lox, what a disappointment, I would never come back to this business.
I was overcharged for something I never got on my bagel. What a rip off. might as well go somewhere else.
There needs to be a manager at this place, when the girls can’t handle a simple order.

I usually love their sandwiches, but unfortunately after what I just found in my sandwich today I don’t think I will ever return there. As I was chewing my food I noticed something hard and inedible and when I spit it out I found some sort of plastic or nylon bristle. I don’t know if it came from some sort of scrub brush or a broom, all I know is that I had already eaten almost the entire sandwich before I noticed it and I am thoroughly grossed out wondering what else I may have eaten in my sandwich. I don’t know if I should contact the better business bureau or the health department but I will be contacting some one if I do not hear back from a manager soon.

Bagels are delight and so are their blended coffee’s and smoothies.
I like their wide variety in bagels and the fixing that you can add on.

Only half the staff know what theyre doing. And theyre rude if correct them. Sorry i dont like being over charged? Ehh fire them.

Always make a point to stop in here every time I am in Brentwood & I usually never eat breakfast! I always go with the lox with everything on it. Always have exceptional customer service and even when they are crazy busy I still get my delicious breakfast in a timely manner. Needless to say, if you haven’t stopped in here I highly recommend you do!

Yes, we all know Willy’s has the best bagels in town and of course their customer service is top notch. But their COFFEE! I go out of my way to get a cup. If I ever spilled it, I’d be more upset that I lost a darn good cup of coffee than burning myself! Always served piping hot and delicious.

I don’t know how many times that I’ve come here but it’s A Lot! My go to is the chicken salad sandwich on jalapeño popper bagel w/​avocado and a strawberry smoothie. The bagels are huge and we’ve never been disappointed! Thumbs up for family owned business!

Returned finally… Willys still employs the most amazing happy workers. Highest quality breakfast and lunch food items made with only high quality ingredients. Glad I returned after being butt hurt so long. Lol.
As a note. I was asked if I wanted avocado this time .the owner is very receptive and always has been. great to have a business that listenss to a customers review and I actually experienced the resolution. impressive for sure.

I would have to give this establishment five stars just on the friendliness that I am greeted with every time I walk through the door. There is nothing like a mom-​and-​pop shop in your local neighborhood that is ran by the owner and kids that go to school locally to take care of you and make sure that you are happy. The bagels Roy’s great hot, stuffed with cream cheese or whatever filling that you want, but also the coffee is delicious. Even if I was living four hours away, this would be one of the places that you have where you stop, when you visit. If you were not a toner or if you are in out of town or take the time coming to Willys get your bagel fix.

We were driving around looking for a coffee place that wasn’t Starbucks and found this thru Unilocal.It’s a small spot with some seating inside and plenty more outside. The staff here seems really friendly! The service was fairly quick too, considering that there were several folks in here that had ordered before me. I only tried the white mocha which was perfect (just how I like it — not too sweet). My mom ordered coffee and an artichoke bagel. I had a few bites (even though she warned me to only have one… oops) and it was so good! Tasted really fresh. I didn’t buy any to take home because we were going to be out all day, but next time I return, I’ll be bringing some back!

This place just beat out Hobags for the #1 bagel spot in my heart. Say whaaaat?
Who would have guessed Brentwood, CA would be home to one of the most smokin’ hot bagel joints in East Bay. With gourmet bagels the size of your head, I doubt you’ll ever go hungry.

I love bagel sandwiches, so naturally I gravitated towards ordering one of those. I got the chicken salad with everything except onions and mustard on a spinach-​artichoke bagel. I think I’ll have to stop myself before I start salivating at the thought. I highly suggest bookmarking this place for your next visit to Brentwood.

Best bagel in Brentwood! Service is amazing! Selection is awesome. Bagels & smears are super fresh! We don’t go anywhere else to get bagels! Ryan always greets you with a smile & a handshake. Willys is awesome!

The pizza bagel is my favorite. I also enjoy their quiche, as well as other great bagels.
Their prices are reasonable, employees are very friendly and your food comes out pretty quickly.
Sammies are great for lunch! They have every sandwich you could get at togos, but better. I like most of the shakes. They’re all pretty good.
Only downside is that it is super packed in the mornings due to it being so close to liberty high– so don’t come in the am on a weekday if you’re in a hurry!
My favorite thing about Willys is their involvement with the community! They support other local brentwood businesses, as well as other great causes.

Cute place but wasn’t too impressed by most we ordered.
Monkey maniac smoothie was OK.
House Coffee is weak here I prefer a bold strong coffee
Breakfast sandwich was OK
Bagel with Walnut Raisin cream cheese SO GOOD.
Staff was so nice. I guess I just had higher expectations for 3 out of the 4 items ordered and I HATE weak coffee, it just goes down my drain. $ 14 and some change for the order above.

Someone obviously took the time to decorate and plan the logistics of this whole joint.
From all the personal touches, signs, memorabilia, and delicious treats, this place is a hidden gem in Brentwood.
They serve bagels, breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, salads, pastries, leaded and non leaded drinks. teas and smoothies. If you somehow find yourself in Brentwood and need a pick me up, or anything for that matter, this is a good pit stop.

I was hungry & decided to get a bagel sandwich for lunch, it’s great they serve egg & breakfast bagels all day. So I ordered one, with no meat or cheese. And just had them add all the veggies instead.
It came are really good after I wiped all the mayo off my sandwich. I wish I knew it came on there, but besides that it was really good & I’d definitely go back again!
