Very good customer service! I was looking for a specific piece of furniture at the best price while maintaining quality. Mandy did some research for me and was able to find me exactly what I needed. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Took a chance and stopped by the store looking for a TV stand for my room. To my surprise not only did I find a TV stand I always was treated to some great customer service. Thanks. I will be returning to the store.

No junk here. I’ve bought a Sofa, coffee table with matching end tables. Ladies called me today to let me know some other things I was looking for were on sale. This store is a true treasure to Brentwood. You also cannot beat the customer services this team give. Thank you for helping me furnish my new home…

Stopped into this store today. Kathy was the manager on duty and was very pleasant, polite and helpful.
Their merchandise is extremely nice and the store is beautifully decorated. I believe their prices are very reasonable as well!

I bought dinning room chairs from them. One of the chairs back broke. When I took it back the owners daughter exchanged it for me. Great customer service. I have reffered my family and friends to visions and all are happy with their service

I have been to this store many times and I have referred many of my friends and family here also, all of which have been satisfied with there purchases. My wife and I looked for couches for a long, long time when moving into our new house. I mean we looked all over the bay area and we failed to come to our own hometown and check out Visions in Brentwood. Upon entering the store, they offered beautiful pieces of furniture on display along with accessories and other house items. We were quickly greeted by who turned out to be one of the owners, and she is such a sweetheart. She told us about there business and the things they offer and what exactly we were looking for.
My wife and I fell in love with some couches they had on display and the whole time this is what we were looking for. And oh man the price was so great, way cheaper then the competitors for such great quality. The owner gave us some catalogs to look at and she told me they go through many different vendors and I mean they can get you just about anything from any company. All you have to do is go in there and ask.
They are also consignment from my understanding, so you can take in your furniture and they will put it on sale for you and I forget the % you keep if they item sells, but I think it is somewhere around 50%. But please call to make sure.
The one thing that I do wish they did was offer free delivery, atleast within a 10 mile radius. For one item, delivery is $ 40, and that is delivered to your garage or sidewalk if you live in an apartment. If you want them to bring it in through the front door and set it up for you, it is somewhere along the lines of $ 60. How hard is it to set up a couch?
I will definitely be back to this place as they are always bringing in new items all the time.

Just a shout out to anyone looking for new or consigned furniture, beware, while two of the team who work there are very friendly and helped me purchase a sofa and a dinette set I couldn’t have been more satisfied. They were very professional and knew there products saying that though does not make up for the way I felt being helped. The staff kept being interrupted by the owner several times while they helped me. She would pull them aside and literally tell them they had things in the back to do. Or if they spent too much time with me she would let them know that. She would make it very uncomfortable as if I wasn’t a paying customer!!! I spent over 2500 hundred dollars!!! There is more, I went in yesterday to buy two sitting chairs keep in mind you order from a catalog so that entails searching and picking out fabrics. I picked a time around 2pm because I assumed it would be slow enough to get through the sale without too many interruptions!!! Not the case the nice sales lady was interrupted by the owner with things that were not necessary to pull her away from me, than she had the nerve to tell her to rap up with me because she needed her in the back to help enter inventory in the computer!!! Wait it gets better a customer walks in to shop and my sales person greets her and tells her she will be with her shortly!!! Keep in mind the owner and another sales person are in the back. Then the other sales person finally comes out and asks the person helping me if she acknowledge the new shopper !!! Right in front of me while I was being helped. I was planning on ordering 2 chairs with a price tag of aproxi. 1400.00 dollars!!! You talk about feeling like I didn’t matter!!! I expressed how I felt and left. Never have I felt so Badley when making a purchase that I should have gotten pleasure from!!! I wish I could tell u more cause there is more how she runs her business but it would take too long and this is too long already. In the future I will take my business to Penny’s, lane furnishing or some other furniture gallery where I’m treated like a paying customer should be!!! Anyone else that had the same treatment I would love to hear it

Great Store!
I’ve gone in the store twice and the staff and then the owner were extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly. I custom ordered a couch and am sooo excited to receive it and at such a great price! I’ve just begun decorating from this store as I just bought a new home and am changing my décor. very fun =)

I was this consignment store yesterday. I dealt with the owner, she was so helpful. I told her I was looking to get some fun pillows for my bed, I told her the colors and she even suggested other colors that would work with my color scheme. She even let me play «pillow dress up» on her showroom floor bed. So that I could see exactly what I was buying and how it was going to look on my bed at home.

This is a treasure! As consignment showroom goes this is a 5 star! Furnishings are very reasonable and not just your run of the mill place. No junk here! And you cannot beat customer service. Amber, the owner, Deb the decorator, Kathy and Michele are wonderful. They treat you like family and give you both time and attention. I felt like I have known them my whole life. These ladies know what they are doing and will give you their honest opinion. They also do staging so please recommend them to your Real Estate friends.

Ladies are great in the store but we are not happy with a quality of a customer ordered sofa. Tacking not straight and seams on cushions not sewn together leaving a hole… Caution

Stopped by a while ago after visiting Home Furnishings right next door. Came in looking for Furniture for our new house we had built and we were greeted by a lady behind the counter. Its a very small store but has some nice pieces of furniture. The lady who did greet us came across snotty. She began to tell us as we were shopping around that she decorates for over 40 home developers and high end apartments all over Danville and Black Hawk. That is a great accomplishment for a business! However she just kept saying it over and over, even after we talked to her about her great success. But what got me from leaving the store was when she was showing us pieces from the the catalog that we could order, another customer came in and she dropped us like a bad habit! Even worse when we mentioned a lot of furniture stores are having a hard time in this economy and that its great shes her’s is so successful she said «Not us we do great, we bring in $$$$$ amount a month.» It just seemed like it was more of bragging than anything. Won’t do business with people like that.

I have shopped this wonderful, warm and friendly store since it opened in 2010. I often refer people to Visions to find that simple change they want to make for a freshen up to their home. Because whether I need it or not, there is always a little contemporary flare that will brighten up my home without huge expense. There have been times when I want to trade something old for something new, and Amber’s staff have helped me consign many items with great success.
Vision’s is a store that learns your name as a customer and strives to understand your needs in home furnishing without killing your budget. I will continue to shop here and enjoy ever-​changing stock and a few kind smiles. Thank you Vision’s!

We popped into this place to check out a few items for our new house. We weren’t ready to buy anything that day but, the sales lady wasn’t pushy at all. She didn’t follow us around the small store but, she did explain a sale and was very friendly. I had planned on buying a few stools at Home Depot but, found some that are cheaper and much nicer here. I highly recommed this place for décor for your home or simply for ideas! I walked away with a few ideas for our new place just from stopping in for five minutes! I am planning another trip there this week and I’ll bring a list!

I am surprised about this last review as I went to the store today, I was greeted warmly but not followed around, I asked for information about the store and had a wonderful conversation and learned all I wanted to know, I was shown the catalog and got prices very quickly, which are really good .I just moved to the area and my house is 3x’s larger than my last one, I have been looking at items for months trying to decide on the right items
so I am pretty aware of prices, this place is much better than I have found at other stores, and all the items look brand new and beautiful, my experience with the staff was warm, and informative I can not wait to go back… so not sure what other issues were but I had no problem at all

I’ve been to one consignment showroom and this place blows it out of the water! There are so many things here in tip-​top shape that would look beautiful in any home.
Amber Arias is an Accredited Staging Professional that decorates/​designs the interior of homes for sale so the chairs, sofas, artwork, vases are all basically new and at a great price.
We got a steal on a huge beautiful mirror and some artwork. I can’t wait to hang them up in my new home. Amber is amazing friendly, helpful and patient while you’re deciding whether or not to make your purchases. I do believe I will be back as I love her contemporary taste.
