I absolutely love the game! The atmosphere is so great. Its like everyone knows everyone in there. The owner is super friendly and will talk to you and make sure everything is great. We tend to go on Friday nights and we always sit at the bar area and just hang out. The pizza is really good and all of the toppings are fresh. I love the salad bar and the cheesy garlic twists. I like the fact that we can just relax after a long week with hot fresh food, in a really clean place that makes me feel like I am friends with everyone in there. My recommendations are the twists, salad, and an 805, because all of the pizzas are great you just have to pick out your own there.

Probably the best pizza in town, if you can afford it. Good beer selection. Love the cheeseburger pizza!

First time to try this place. 3−½ stars for the pizza and salad bar. The pizza crust was thin type. Crunchy the way I like it. Plenty of toppings and not overloaded with sauce and cheese. 1 star for the places cleanliness. The spoons and forks in the salad bar area looked dirty. The carpeted area was full of stains. Just a turn-off when you are eating. A glance into the kitchen area didn’t sit to well either.

RUDEOWNER. A group of my friends went in after a local festival and he almost refused to serve anyone who went to the festival. Which is so odd to me you think the owner would lighten up and be grateful that people like to support there community. I’ve been more then once and always had ok service but the owner has always been RUDE. I gave it another shot maybe he was having an off day. Still rude and his remarks are ones he should not make to his guest. No filter. I will NOT be coming back. I will let all 900 of my Facebook friends know as well :) I’m sure there is another local restaurant who would have been more than happy to have us dine in. Reading the other comments seems like it’s the same issue. Rude, no manners, No class.

I have been here twice and both times experienced very rude staff. This establishment is NOT kid friendly. And I’m not talking about out of control kids. I’m talking kids playing games in the arcade! I will NEVER come back which sucks because I support local business, and their pizza is pretty good

Excellent pizza ! Great crust and flavor especially for a thin crust. Salad bar is always fresh. Only downfall is the service isn’t very good.

This local business is horribly ran and has the rudest employees. We have personally gone twice now with our baseball team as a celebration after winning. The way they treat the children and the rude remarks that the OWNER makes are unreal. When we came in he said to one of our moms, «oh these baseball kids are going to drive me nuts!» Gee that’s nice. Those baseball kids are bringing you business and our table spent HUNDREDS of dollars at your establishment. Then the entire time the rude girl at the register complains about the kids saying they are too loud, and are running around. Nobody else in the place minded the kids. Everyone had kids and nobody was bothered but the owner and employees. I think if they hate kids so much they should maybe remove their game room. Terrible business and we will never go back!

This place in my opinion gets no stars do the the fact it’s called«the game» but when we requested to put the speakers on a game he denied and kept country music on when there was a warriors and giants game on. The prices are out of this world. 14 $ for a pitch of bud light and $ 28 for a pizza. Don’t waste your money here.

When we moved here in June they would have been 5 stars all the way. The best pizza I have ever had in my life, seriously. The crust was a perfect thickness, the flavor, they had it all. But something changed, the crust is much thicker and the taste is ok. I don’t know if they got too busy, a new cook, but definitely not the same as it was 6 months ago. A bit pricey for what you get now. Still good though.

Good local bar. Kid friendly and more of a family atmosphere. Clean and open layout. Came in with my pregnant wife today to watch the game. Not bad if looking for a place to watch sports without the crazy atmosphere, don’t get me wrong, we love that sometimes. Being that we just moved within a quarter mile of here, we will be returning.

It has been a long time since I have been treated with such poor service and disrespect but tonight this place did it to me! A friend of mine and I came in with our 4 kids and ordered 2 separate meals, mine costing about $ 40 and hers about $ 30. I ordered mine first, to go, and sat down with my 2 kids and waited for my name to be called. My friend ordered her meal, was given a number and came and sat down with her 2 kids. Her pizza came before ours. About 30min after ordering, and my 9 month old getting extremely impatient, I went to the register and asked how much longer till my pizza would be ready. The guy behind the register asked me for my order number and I told him I was never given one and that the lady had asked for my name. While he was trying to figure out where my order was he made a comment about my child(not knowing it was mine) and how irritating it was that she was making so much noise. I explained to him that that was my child and it had been because we had been waiting over 30 for our dinner. He looked mortified when I said that. May I add, I believe he was the owner or manager because we was not wearing the uniform T-shirt like everyone else. Long story short. My order was never placed, my card was ran but my order was never submitted to the back. I had to wait an additional 20 min for my pizza and had to miss the beginning of the event that I was in Brentwood to begin with. I was not offered anything for their screw up, rude comment, and my inconvenience. My friend or myself will not return nor will we reccomened this place.

Will never return. We went in during the wine festival to grab a bite to eat. We read the menu out front before bringing our kids inside. I sat down with our boys and my husband ordered. 1) it took three minutes before he was acknowledged 2) upon ordering he realized the price was different than we had expected. They claimed they had recently raised their prices because of the min. Wage being raised … Ah ok but the price outside said something else! My husband is kinder than I and paid the price given. I would not have as it is false advertising. 3) after ordering we were in there with two other families it took all three families over 50 minutes to get their order by that time we very agitated. There were no apologies and the girl working the counter kept disappearing. The only other person was a man at the bar who I later learned was the owner but he did nothing to help move along the orders. Frustrating and way overpriced for what it is. With all the pizza places in the area we will not be back– Aladino’s, Mello’s, Mt. Mike or Skippolini’s are a better choice

Pizza was not great. There is no crust. It’s like a wafer thin cracker with no flavor. And there was a long hour wait to get it. salad bar is very limited. Not much to the menu. Plus side was that there are lots of tvs.

We went here on a whim on a Sunday afternoon. The place was empty! There weren’t any games on really, so I’m guessing that’s why. The lady who helped us was very nice and it didn’t take too long for our pizza to come out… but again, we were the only ones there :) The place is nice and large for downtown. They have a separate room which was open, but I’m assuming could be closed off for a team party. There were tvs sprinkled around so I think you should be able to see whatever game you wanted to see(when one is playing!). The carpet is a little tired(lots of stains) but that’s probably to be expected at a pizza joint/bar, and the tables, counters and chairs were all nice and clean which is much more important. We didn’t order a beer, but could see behind the bar that they have a pretty good variety of beers on tap. Many more than you find at other pizza restaurants. Their menu was more limited than I was expecting. Since the name said it was a «pub» I was expecting pub food in addition to pizza and there isn’t much. That said, their pizza was very good! We got their version of a combination. The crust is thin crust… normally something I don’t like because I find it gets soggy, but theirs is very very crispy. That might turn some people off if they want a chewy«regular» crust, or happen to like the more paper-thin limp crusts, but I really enjoyed theirs. The toppings were especially yummy. I like that their onions and bell peppers are cut a bit on the thick side so you can really taste the veggies. The only improvement I’d make is to replace the hamburger on the pizza with Italian sausage(and if that was Italian sausage, it was REALLY bland!). Just personal preference though, and its possible you could ask for that substitution to be made, I am not sure. To drink I just had an iced tea and their«regular» obviously had lemon flavoring added, so I’m guessing its a powdered mix. If you are picky about your iced tea, perhaps you should stick to the soda or beer. The drink station though was nice and clean, and while the salad bar looked pretty basic, everything looked fresh. So with only those few complaints I would have probably given them four stars if not for the prices. Much more expensive than the local chain pizza joints, but I’d argue that its also slightly better quality. For that reason I hope to return, but it’ll only be for the occasional treat.

Been here several times now and it is never busy! Even during the US World Cup games. The pizza is delicious! There is lots of room to play for kiddos and lots of tv’s to watch games. Plus it’s a fun bike ride downtown!

Newly arrived in Brentwood, looking for a family-friendly spot for dinner and we ended up at The Game. Plenty of TV’s for watching multiple events at the same time and everything else was just as we needed. Solid selection of beers on tap, the salad bar included all of the necessary ingredients and the pizza was much better than what we’d get from an average spot. Not cheap but better food isn’t what you get for cheap prices.
