Went over to Subway last evening their were 2 employees in the store the guy was just standing their ehile the female waz doing all tbe work I went to the restroom 2 people in line same issue I left the store

Probably the best subway experience I’ve ever had, simply because of the costumer service experience. I think the dude’s name was Shane… But he had an excellent witty/​eccentric/​dry commentary that was extremely amusing. Shout out to that dude.
The sandwich is good, too. I mean. It’s Subway. Pretty consistent fast food sandwich.

Usually good here but three out four got stale old bread, some of the staff was uncaring or untrained. Two out of four did not get their order how they wanted. Place is very clean. Will try again in week.

Been standing here 15 min now. Three people ahead of us, one ordering five subs and four pizzas, line behind us, one employee, poor guy is behind the counter all by himself, making subs, running the register, washing his hands, making more subs. .. is it a good business practice to leave an employee all alone like this and at the dinner rush hour?

Subway has tasty lower-​fat sandwiches for Brentwood. This one is in the Kroger shopping center. Newest item I tried is the Sweet Onion Chicken Terriyaki sandwich which I enjoyed with their Dannon natural yogurt. I also was good by having the baked, not fried, potato chips. I was surprised the baked tasted as good as the fried ones I was used to. They have seven other «Fresh Fit» sandwiches like veggie, roast beef and turkey on their new low fat Fresh Fit menu, as well as the classic Subway favorites.
