This place was filthy. Counters, floors, tables and chairs. All gross. Even the windows and entrance doors were smeared and sticky. If I were the manger and walked in to find the store in that condition I’d have a fit…

Oh geeessshhh… I was visiting Nashville and came here one morning and that older cashier has a cough and when she coughs she covered her mouth with her bare hand… I ordered a pike place and she handle my coffee cup with her bare hand that she used when she covered her mouth while she’s coughing… she didn’t even excuse herself to wash her hand not she’s even wearing a globes or a surgical mask while she’s working in her cold… I end up throwing my coffee as I am scared to drink it and catch her cough and cold… Forget about this place if they are health hazard to the public… why this Starbucks location would not watch out and train their employee working with a cough and cold…

I love walking into this place! Everyone is so friendly here. They always make me feel right at home. There is a really tall guy named Jameson who knows me by name and always has great coffee recommendations and something funny to say. Ask for him.(Everyone else is pretty great too) The speed of service in general here has picked up on the last few months, which is a plus.

Friendly baristas and usually prompt service although you will have to wait a few minutes if you go during a morning or after school rush. I love that if they don’t get your drink the way you wanted it they remake it promptly to ensure satisfaction

The baristas are friendly here but they get my order wrong every other time. They always seem to go up a size and when I asked about it the manager said its only a small price difference. Nice scheme they have going on. Make sure you ask for a receipt. That’s the only time they get it right.

I have been to Starbucks all around the world. This is the only store(other than the one on Carrothers in Franklin which can be equally bad) where I am not greeted soon after entering the store. I can stand at the counter for several minutes when there is no one else in line and still be ignored while the staff talks amongst themselves. This is not just an issue of being over crowded or under staffed. This is poor customer service and bad management. The milk is often over heated and the espresso over extracted. I have given them multiple tries, as this location is the closest one to me. But with no improvement over all the years since they opened, I now go out of my way to Old Hickory Blvd to get a latte.

This is a very busy and understaffed location. It’s not the employees fault. They are overworked and drastically underpaid. It gets busy, expect to wait your turn and don’t be a dick.

Normally I wouldn’t get down on Starbucks as I’ve been going to them for a long time. But after this visit and my most recent visit to a location in Boston and receiving bad to horrible service I guess it’s time to speak out. This morning I visited this location about 6:30am instead of using the drive-through and when inside. I stood at the counter for good 90 seconds to 2 min. without being recognized by any of the 4 employees working. Then when I ordered it took me 3 times to get my order straight with young lady working the register. And it’s nothing too hard a grande drip decaf black. The experience in Boston was much worse than this visit. It just seems to be an overall tone and possibly the company slipping a bit with its employees and guest service. I’ll still go back and get my morning coffee but it’s more by default than by desire, as there are no other coffee places in my neighborhood to compete. Please get friendlier! This should have been a 4.

I have been too many Starbucks, I always get the same thing, a chilled Skinny carmel macchiato with soy, no whip. This is the ONLY Starbucks that screwed it up and it tasted horrible. For how much they charge for this they need to get it right. I will only get regular coffees here where they don’t screw those up. Very disappointed.

This location is TERRIBLE on the weekends… it is the only Starbucks I have EVER been in where it takes 15 minutes for a latte,(with only 3 people in the entire place) and they don’t even manage to fill your cup up completely or even get a hot enough temperature on the milk. The drive thru crew is great during the week, but avoid this one after work hours and on weekends as they definitely have the B-Team on then.

I hit this location up on my way to work 5 days a week. I love the drive-through staff. They are funny, upbeat and always get my order right. Unfortuantly I cannot say the same for the weekend staff. I sat at the order center for 3 minutes before someone took my order last Sunday and then waited 5 minutes for them to acknowledge me at the window. I finally gave up and drove off. I know that you can’t have everyone work 7 days a week, but I would suggest some cross training between the week day morning crews and the weekend crews.

Service and quality at this Starbucks are extremely uneven and clearly depend on the staff at any given time. Some baristas are very good at making great lattes and frapucinos. Others do a slap-dash job. They seem to be saving money by not filling cups in the drive-through line, by the way — you might want to check before you drive away.
