I love this place! They were fair, and kept us in the loop when we sold our bike there. Great customer service and would highly recommend.

The owners wife is extremely nice and personably however my review is for the service and how they back there products. I was sold on oversized tire for my harley. When asked about if I could get the correct tire, they wanted to charge me full price for another tire. The problem was they switched mechanics. But I will warn you the owners DO NOT stand behind the mechanics work. The one they have now seems decent. Seem totally ridiculous to have to buy another tire because they didn’t know the correct size to put on to begin with. And yes I did ask anne if they were going to comp the tire since their first mechanic «ron» made the mistake to begin with and I was told no I would have to buy another tire. Too bad, we need a decent motorcycle shop that is honorable in the brentwood area. Needless to say eagles nest harley in lathrop gets my business now and haven’t let me down and with fairly reasonable prices.
