You and your car and your money deserve a lot better. Poor communications, brutally expensive repairs, unhelpful sales people, and an insulting trade-​in quote means you can do better whether buying or servicing your vehicle.
The service estimates are confusing, overlapping repairs (i.e. Two oil changes for repairing two items, $ 450 for an alignment quoted separately and with new tires. The advisor never sent me a quote by email — just said «are you sitting down» and then fumbled through the quotes. Luckily I know my car, and his initial $ 9000 repair quickly became $ 6500. I escaped for $ 3300.
I was offered $ 2500 in trade for my gorgeous 2001 Boxster S with 67k miles. It had had body work done by Stephens (expert in German cars) 8 years ago, and needed tires ($ 1000 Michelins installed at another place). I’m sorry, that’s stupid.
I wanted the price of a new Boxster before proceeding with repairs — nope, they had me roped /​raped? Before I could even get a lease quote.
To be fair, my water pump works and I have new belts and filters. So for doing the bare minimum with horrible communications bordering on outright deceit — this Unilocal Elite gives them a solid «2».

I have purchased two new Porsches from this dealer, and I was treated with nothing but respect. They were informative throughout the process (both cars were ordered), made the transaction efficient, and we’re very fair with the trade values. As for service, they are always able to accommodate my schedule (prior dealers seem to think I am at their disposal), provide a clean Porsche loaner, and have been very informative with what was done. Lastly, they have invited me to their events over the years. My favorite was a track event. No sales pitch, just come and have fun.

This is for a service call, not sales. Our Porsche 911 got a leak in a rear tire on the highway when we were driving across the country. I had to call the service department 3 times and hold for over 10 minutes to get someone. The gentlemen was very nice but told me since we had a brand of tire they did my carry, that it was against policy to sell us a mismatched tire and we would have to buy 4 brand new tires in order for them to be able to help us.
I understand Porsches policy of wanting to ensure a uniform driving experience by keeping the same brand of tires on all 4 wheels, but this was obviously an emergency as we were stuck on the side of the road and needing to be towed and no one else in Nashville carried the kind of tire we needed. The fact that they left us high and dry in this situation is awful.

I tried to buy a pre-​owned porsche Turbo and had a sales contract, the renigged on it and sold to someone else for a higher bidder. Very rude sales people and managers

Not a business I would recommend, very pricy and the quote given is not the what I was charged. They charged double for shipping the parts in. I am not sure what company can do that and stay in business. I told a friend that I took my car there and she said it would be the last time. She owned a porsche too and had the same experience.
