Love this nail spa. Great prices compared to some of the other salons in this area. So clean, great staff.

I don’t visit Franklin often and was trying to find a good nail spa in the area and went here based off other reviews. This place was horrible. I got a pedicure and a brow wax and both were a not positive experience. The man doing my pedicure was rude and abrasive. The woman who waxed my brows made my left so thin when I asked her not to. Then the right one was so much thicker but she did not re-​wax because she was scared she would rip my skin off. So then she proceeded to pluck my entire right eye brow and just left a hole in the middle of it and they are not even close to even. Then I had to pay for it all. This place BLOWS.

We walked in hoping to have a good experience after the positive reviews but unfortunately that was not the case. They’re website advertised a kid’s pedicure (11 and under) for $ 20 but when I got there they gave me a different price and said they had changed prices and they had gone up. It was obvious they were making up prices on the spot. I would have paid the difference if it wasn’t so obvious that they were lying. It’s unfortunate they choose to be dishonest. They can choose to lie and I can choose to take my business elsewhere.

I don’t understand the good reviews. Sooooo, I’m writing this review from the pedicure chair. I’m giving them negative stars in my mind.
We made an appointment for 4 at 1:45 and when we came in 15 minutes EARLY to insure our spot they still didn’t call us back until 2. Then I sat in the chair, my water was boiling and my sisters water was lukewarm. Sat there until 2:40 until someone FINALLY came to do my toes, everyone else was done and they had taken on two more people while I waited. So she rushed through my pedicure and didn’t even massage my feet and ran off to give someone a manicure. I’m watching the two other pedicures leave with their toes done as I type this, waiting my polish to dry. 30 dollars and almost an hour and a half for the WORST pedicure experience I’ve ever had. Just glad my mom got to have hers done. I will never return to this salon. Extremely disappointed.

Took my grandmother here for mothers day & i loved it. My new favorite nail salon. Staff is very friendly and takes there time.

Love this place!!! Every time I am in town I love to come get my nails done. I had a great experience my last visit when making a decision about my nails and the staff was up front and honest about what I should do and it ended up being more cost effective. How great is that??? :-)

I had another stellar experience at Orvelle with Janet this evening. She is very sweet and friendly, and we had a great conversation. She gave me a superb pedicure with excellent attention to detail. I chose the Milk & Honey pedicure, and also enjoyed a glass of complementary wine.
I’ve been a repeat customer at Orvelle, and I’ve always had a good experience. Their staff are always accommodating and kind.
On my next visit, I’m planning to ask specifically for Janet though!

I am losing my mind trying to find a good nail salon!
I saw all the good reviews for this place and went after work.
I asked for a full set of gel nails and got acrylic nails with gel polish.
When I first got there, they sat me down immediately which was great. My manicurist got started and another woman walked in. A gentleman walked to the front and immediately asked if she’d like something to drink… water… tea. I was a little ticked that no one had offered me anything and still didn’t offer after hearing him offer someone else.
Then as my manicurist was filing the acrylics, she was pushing too hard with the nail file and she caused a huge papercut like gash on the side on my finger, in the part where my nail meets my skin. It was horribly painful and then it happened again on 2 other fingers! They are bleeding, will post a pic of this. When I mentioned it, she told me to stop focusing on the pain.
Also, I asked for rounded natural looking nails and I got pointy Klohe Kardashian looking nails. Had to spend 45 mins after I got home filing them down to a more natural shape.
Needless to say, I will not be going back and I’ll be advising all of my friends and coworkers to avoid this place.

I travel a ton and was at the tail end of my gel manicure. This place was close to my hotel so thought I’d take a chance on it. I could see they were busy but they squeezed me in and I was SO happy! As a walk in I always expect to wait a bit anyway. Tai was so attentive and did such a great job on my manicure and I can always tell if my gel will last. This one is one of the best. Super nice people, very clean and the offered me water, wine or tea! If I lived in the Franklin area, I’d be a regular for sure!!!

Love this place! They are awesome!!! Moved here and could not find a place I liked. Now I will go nowhere else! Highly recommend

Just moved to the area and was trying to find a great place for a mani/​pedi! Well I found one! Everyone is really courteous & from the moment I stepped in the door I felt relaxed! The place is updated and very clean. Plus — Great selection of nail polish! Andrew did my mani/​pedi & he did a great job! He was very professional and courteous, and the polish lasted about 2 weeks! I’ll definitely go back to this place!

I can’t tell you how happy I was with my mani/​pedi. It’s been two days and I am STILL staring at my nails in disbelief… I’m not trying to be crazy but this is the BEST mani/​pedi I have ever received. I didn’t know it was possible to have them look like out of a magazine.
I believe my nail techs name was Tina, either way I don’t think I can go anywhere else in the future, she was amazing, friendly and I enjoyed chatting with her very much.

These guys are the best. I just finished up with my second shellac manicure there, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. They are insanely friendly and very professional. Tina and June have done my manicures and I recommend them both! The price averages about $ 5 more per service than my neighborhood salon, but I don’t feel like I’m shuffled in an out. The extra money is worth it. Thank you, Orvelle!

I called ahead to make an appointment for my friend and I and they took us back a half hour after our appointment time, were so rough on my friend’s cuticles that she bled, and left rough edges and polish going off the edges of my nails onto my cuticles on my shellac manicure. Definitely not going to return. They were clean and pretty friendly, but shoddy work over all.

I love this place! I’ve had Tina and Nam previously and have both done great jobs and are incredibly friendly. They are also very quick too so you don’t have to worry about if you’re going to make your dinner reservations.
Go here. Totally best nail salon around and believe me, I’ve done my fair share of nail salons around town. This is my new place.

I had a great gel mani & pedi today by Andy and highly recommend him.
Their massage chairs are amazing with the most features I’ve ever seen in a pedicure salon chair. This place was clean, comfortable & relaxing and service was perfect!

Took daughter and her friend to get a manicure.
They chose gel, and nail design.
Finished in under 45 minutes and great work! Clean, even, cuticle care, and little gap left by cuticle so it doesn’t look funky when growing out.
Can’t wait to go back for myself.

I came to this salon after seeing such glowing reviews on this site. I arrived on a weeknight about an hour before they were scheduled to close. I was greeted warmly and shown to a pedicure chair right away.
However, the young girl who worked on me seemed very uninterested in being there. She did not offer me anything to drink and I was not given any options regarding the services available. I had planned on getting a deluxe pedicure but was not given the option. It seemed she was only concerned with doing the bare minimum.
Overall, when I left my pedicure appeared competent, but the next day I noticed that paint had already chipped off the first toe on my left foot. I probably won’t go back given what a disappointment this was.

Orvelle nail salon is literally one of the best nail salons I’ve been to. My friend and I were waiting for my car to get serviced and decided to come here. Nam is one of the best nail technicians here. He is funny, out going and does a great job.
Their English here is very good and it makes it easy to have a conversation and know that they’re not talking about you.
Highly suggest this place!
