Poor service and over charge their job. They charged $ 370.97 for drain clean only. They did not replace any part and working time less than 1 hour. After they done the job the sink is still leaking and they said they will charge more to fix that problem. Very bad experience to work with them except receptionist who picked up the phone.

We had a backed up sink. We called them out and paid 250+ for him to clean the trap. So I assume he removed the trap and cleaned it out. It then started leaking. I called the office and they said that it is not under warranty. It is crazy that after you «unclog» the sink and it leaks after you put the piped back together. I understand that can happen but you tell me that it is not covered under warranty is insane. This is a newer house and the pipes are in good condition so this is clearly a loose connection that caused this. I would NEVER call this company back again.
