McDonald’s

They always get my order wrong even though they repeat my order to me two times. Alot of the time the food is already cold once you eat it and every time the fries are cold. I know its fast food but I’m still paying and i at least expect my food to be warm and fresh, not cold and stale.

I’m torn. This is usually an above average McDonald’s, but I had a bad experience today. So usually a 3 or 4 star place but today a 1 star. Everybody knows hot fries are a small gift from the Heavens. I don’t eat them very often but if I’m gonna eat those calories they are gonna be hot. Same goes for nuggets. I asked for both fresh. I know I will have to wait. I don’t mind waiting. I’m happy to wait. I know I’m asking for a little extra but I don’t wanna run up your drive thru times. I do expect that after telling the order taker and money taker that I will wait for hot fries and nuggets that I get hot fries and nuggets. Don’t give me newish nuggets and relatively recent fries. I called in and told them I was in the to-​go spot and what I had asked for and could I get hot stuff. Wasn’t ugly, wasn’t rude, was still willing to wait. All I wanted was what I ordered. I do not expect to be told by the manager that nuggets take 6 minutes and fries takes 3 when he brings me my food. He needs to educate his staff to say that and if they had, I would have said that was fine because I wanted hot fries and nuggets. Those things are nasty when they aren’t hot. I re-​read this and I think I may need nugget and fry therapy but that does not change the fact that the manager talked to me like I was 3 years old (not 3 minutes which is how long fries take) and they assured me I was getting fresh food which I didn’t.

Went here about a week ago. I chose the drive through, ordered my food. My total was about $ 5.79. When i gave the girl a $ 5 bill, two quarters, two dimes & nine pennies, she took a while then asked «do you know exactly how much change you gave me so that i dont have to count it all? «. lmfao, okay like really? She was a young girl who looked like she had last nights clubbing make up smeared & rolled out of bed. maybe late teens 18 or 19! Get it together customer service! I wish i had gotten her name!

They always close early. I called and asked what time they closed he says 12:30 I get there and all the lights are off ! Okay ?? U could have said on the phone u guys we closed. Went to Wendy’s instead. Night crew sucks

As far as a McDonald’s goes. This has got to be one of the nicest I’ve been to. Clean and friendly staff. My fries were on the cool side and they apologized profusely and replaced them without any attitude.

Great service everytime. They have raised their prices on some of the dollar menu items so just be aware of that.

I am in the position of handing out stars but my 4-​star rating is specific to two employees; Adam & Eric.
Yes, I realize it’s «just» McDonalds but every person counts towards a guest’s experience. These two continue to not only energize my mornings, especially before my long drive to LA but I appreciate their work ethic!!! That deserves commenting and sharing with the world.
When I am in town, I go to this McDonalds every morning for my large coffee. While I used to have a strong addiction to Starbucks, don’t laugh but McDonalds coffee itself is quite good!!!
Eric & Adam usually work the order window. About 75% of the time, I will get one of these two gents. When I do, it’s like hitting the lottery! The order is always correct but more importantly they are sooooo personable and pleasant! I think it’s rare you find people working, let alone a drive through with such positive and energetic attitudes time after time. These two always make my morning!
What I think is a complete let down or buzz kill is after your interaction with Adam & Eric and the order window, the window to actually pick up your food is such a lack luster, I don’t care experience. Someone should teach the rest of the team to follow the lead of Eric & Adam… It’s quite disappointing to be handed my coffee as if here, go, NEXT!!!
How about this for NEXT… I think management should work on the attitudes of your employees. If your employees don’t care or can’t be engaging in a positive manner, get rid of them. There are a ton of Eric & Adams in the world who want to work!!!
I also plan to write a letter to McDonalds Corporate to inform them of these two outstanding individuals! Young men/​employees that really go the distance and love their jobs!!! Rare!

Came in for breakfast. Had the sausage and egg muffin. It was pretty good

The food quality at this store has greatly declined over the past 2 years. The burger and fish sandwich we ordered last night were the worst ever. They were overcooked, dry and has little tartar sauce on the fish and the cheese was like plastic. Coffee has been awful for the last several visits also. We will probably not frequent this place again!

This is actually the «better» McDonald’s… It’s the newer style with the flat screens on the wall with children shows on one side & news on the other.
They’ve got a fun center thingy inside too with the slides for the kids & tables in there too… not even sure what it’s called lol.
It’s clean, great service not a busy location either.
Nice comfortable booths layed around the perimeter of the restaurant.
This was our go to spot in high school after a long day of practice, we’d come here to refuel… lol

Always screw up my chicken Sandwhich … ALWAYS!!! I always ask for crispy, they type crispy, I always get grilled WTF! why do you ask me if you’re not going to give me what I want??? Going to other location from now on!

Food good. New style of menu inside was difficult to dee. Small, light character on black is too small for me to read. I admit I have a vision problem but many places have better text to make it easy enough to read.

Ok, it’s hard to avoid this place, it’s so conveniently located. I do not order their chicken anymore. Other than that, the food and service are great. I know it sounds ironic, but it is possible to eat healthier here. I like to order a bottle of water, and a fish filet with no cheese and instead of a bun I get lettuce. The workers were amused when I first ordered this and very helpful.

Consumer be leery before you use your smartphone Ap for any free deals here. I stopped by this McDonalds to use the McD ap on my smart phone– the offer was ‘buy one breakfast sandwich, get one free”. I ordered 2 sausage egg McMuffins and the bill was $ 4.- see photos for a copy of my receipt. Seriously? So it would have cost me $ 8. without the Ap for 2 small sandwich McMuffins? This didn’t even include coffee or juice. Seems to me this Ap is a scam– they mark up the price of a sandwich by 200% so your ‘free’ sandwich isn’t really a ‘free’ sandwich– in my opinion, you’re better off spending breakfast money elsewhere.

The worst drive-​thru I have ever been in! I’m not basing this on just one visit either — I’ve been here mornings, evenings, weekdays and weekends. It’s consistently horrible.

If you have kids, this is the McDonald’s location you want to go to. There’s touch screen computers that kids can play on, a huge play structure (could be cleaner inside… there’s always food crumbs inside according to my kids and also has a strange smell), a table with hamburger stools to sit, has free Wi-​Fi, has a dining table for a large family, and has a plasma TV with the Cartoon Network playing. Cool, right? :D
Only thing that kept me from giving them more stars is the item mentioned above and also the lack of cleanliness in their bathrooms. The ladies bathroom, there were no toilet seat covers, floor was dirty, and the sink counter area was VERY wet. Looks like they don’t take keeping bathrooms clean a priority. Too bad… :-/

Plug in outlet + stools + wifi = mega study paper-​writing time!
They also play DBZ & stuff on the fat tvs. This is a major chill spot but I usually go when I have to do hw.
They close much later than other places (10pm I think?), which is a plus~
