The best fruit and veggies ever! Rick and Kristie Knoll are farming a biodynamic agro-​ecosystem, where they nuture food plants and ground cover alike. No weeds here, but you’ll find the most flavorful quintessentially fig figs, tomatoey heirloom tomatoes and plum plums. Look for their produce at high end restaurants like Chez Panisse, Olivetto’s or at the Ferry Building Farmer’s Market.
