My almost 18 year old daughter was shopping with a friend for her senior prom dress. Both girls had the money to make a purchase that day. They had tried on several dresses over the period of an hour. Apparently while her friend was in her last dress and trying to decide between that one and another, the salesperson looked at another salesperson, rolled her eyes, and made a gun to the head motion. The salesperson didn’t know My daughter’s friend had seen her in the mirror. Her friend said, «you know what, we will get out of your hair», went to the dressing room and changed, and they left. I have heard about the snobbiness of this shop. Now I know it’s true and my daughter will definitely not be buying her dress there.

This is the best place in Nashville if you need a dress for prom/pageant/wedding. Everyone there is professional, and they are a one stop shop hair/nails/dress/alterations/spa services/everything!!!

I can’t comment on an actual service, as I was there to go to Serenity Skin. However, J.S. Fields provides the receptionist help and everyone I encountered there was rude and snobby, clients and all. The owner or manager sits on a couch behind the receptionist making snide comments about the clientele and in general. I wouldn’t go back if someone paid me.
