Hometown Heating & Air Conditioning

I had a great experience with Hometown heating. my tech Bob was amazing. I had an issue with a previously installed part and through a process he found out what the problem was. corrected it quickly. he called back a few times to see if my problem was solved. it was. my family is now toasty warm. I found my new heating company. the first two companies i contacted has not responded yet.

We were kindly reminded by a phone call from the Hometown office that we were due for our annual furnace cleaning… and Bob was able to come within an hour. Very convenient! Bob was cordial and on task, explaining what he was going to do and what he did and what he found. He wasted no time, did a thorough cleaning job, and then helped us understand an issue he had discovered that precluded accurately testing of our system. It was a structural error that needs to be corrected and we appreciate his thoroughness in finding it. We will follow up.
I can highly recommend this company and its reliability and great customer service.

Our furnace stopped working yesterday afternoon. I called Hometown Heating this morning, and they sent Bob right over to fix my furnace! He figured out what was the problem and fixed it. Hometown Heating is top-​notch!

When our 50 year old furnace was making a terrible noise this past week, in the midst of two snow storms, we called Hometown Heating after they were recommended by a friend. We received the kind of wonderful service that makes a person want to take the time to follow up with a letter of appreciation. The technician that came to our house was polite, professional, informative and thoughtful in so many ways. He was so careful to wipe his feet each time he came into our house and careful with his equipment and tools as he navigated his way down the hallway into the basement,
etc. He took time to explain what was going on with our furnace and explained things in a respectful manner which was absolutely refreshing. It’s not often that we, as customers, feel so well taken care of.

Called hometown heating when our furnace was having sporadic issues. Our previous repairman hadn’t come for 2 days when we had no heat so we were reluctantly replacing him. Not only did hometown heating come the same day we called them (due to a cancelation) but they corrected some improper work our previous repairman had neglected. We lost a formerly good repair service and ended up finding a great one.
