This location is awesome, my bf was dying to buy the new Playstation & a few games so he could play with his friends online. So he called them & asked if they had the system he wanted, and asked if they had the games in Stock. They said they did, AND they could make him some kind of package deal as well! We drove over there as quickly as we could to get there before they closed, we literally got there about 10min before closing time, they were happy to give him the package deal & all the games he was looking for with his new system for a really good price! He was really happy with it, and now has plenty of people to yell at while he’s shooting & killing people, and stealing cars online! Lol Customer service is top notch, so are their sales, promotions & deals!

Probably one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried coming to the store for or five times now and each time they have been understaffed. There are one or two people behind the counter with no one walking around the store. You can’t have any questions answered because they are ringing people up. Today was a good example; there was just one person ahead of me in line and only one person to help them behind the counter. It was a return and it was taking a long time. Customer service is important to me and I just don’t see that at Gamestop in general and at this location in particular.

This store is amazing compared to the one in Lone Tree Way! Staff is so nice and helpful. The line is quick and fast. Got in, grabbed the game, paid and got out… Simple as is it!

We walked in and a woman stocking the shelf greeted us right away. We looked around and found a game we were interested in. Asked Brenna a few questions and she answered them really honestly and friendly manner. She was really sweet. She saw our son and told us about Disney infinity which we had NOIDEA what it was all about. Complete clueless when it came to that. She was very patient telling us everything she knew and answered all our questions, sometimes even twice because I was seriously that slow, lol. It was our second time in the store but the first time we were just browsing so I don’t even remember any great customer service that was provided. But yeah Brenna was an amazing sales associate cause we left with the Avengers Disney infinity set and 5 used characters as well. There was a sale, buy 2 get 3 free!

Not great, not bad The people who work here are friendly and helpful(except for a few). The prices for some games are ridiculous for their age($ 45 for TLoU on PS3 even when the remastered version came out. WTF?). The balding fat guy there needs to either pay more attention or get fired. When I was making small talk, I noticed he gave me my receipt and the game case for the game I bought. That’s it. Just the case. The guy with the glasses and the girl there are cool though. If you go to this gamestop, make sure they help you. Not Andre the Giant.

I love game stop. Cheap games and great customer service and help. Just wish they wouldn’t talk so much to customers when ringing them up. Makes for a very long wait. I mean if we spend a lot of time picking a game and finally get the game we want and are excited, GETUSOUTOFTHERE! We would like to get home and play at that point.

I went here to pick up a couple of games because I was bored and in the area, figuring I’d spend about ten bucks or so. I find a couple of games at 4.99 and 5.99. Not thinking much about any of the transaction, I make the purchase and go on my way. Later, I check the receipt and find that the geek who rang me up charged me for more expensive versions of the same games. In short, the total was about 5 bucks or so more than it should have been had he rang up the correct games. That is somewhat of a shady business practice to me… putting out multiples of the same game title at different prices, depending of course upon the condition of the games, and then selling the most expensive copies of the games to customers when they come up with the empty boxes to make a purchase. At least that little bastard should have said that he couldn’t find the other copies and had to sell me the more expensive ones. I guess I can chalk it up to geeks exhibiting strange behavior when they feel intimidated. At any rate, screw these guys. Never again will I go to this game stop… even though they all do the same thing. Gotta watch those little(or in this case, big boned) geeks.

David from GameStop deserves a raise and promotion! I waited in line on Black Friday in an attempt to get a PS4. PS4’s were sold out everywhere and I made a bad decision on not pre-ordering one months and months before. The sign on the door said this GameStop would have ATLEAST6PS4’s in stock for Black Friday… I was number 13 in line. I waited in line for over 3 hours hoping they would have at least 13! As the clock ticked down to midnight, the doors opened and we entered the store. I was excited because they had over 13 which meant I was getting one! I purchase the PS4, took it home, set it up… aaaaand it doesn’t work. Bad HDMI port. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I took it back to GameStop the next day and David was the employee who helped me. He shared with me in my sorrow as well as gave me a full refund for my broken PS4. He wrote my name and phone number down on a piece of paper and said he would call me when they get more in stock. I gave him my info, but honestly thought there would be no way I would get one since 1) they would probably lose my info and 2) who knows when they would get more in stock. About one week later(still playing my outdated PS3) I received a call from David at about 8:30PM. «Good news for you!» said David. «We have one, and only one PS4 that came to the store just now, and I have your name on it. I can’t guarantee it will be here tomorrow, but if you show up right now, it’s yours.» I couldn’t believe it… David came through! I rushed over to the GameStop before they closed and picked up my new shiny, new PS4. I brought it home, set it up, and this time it worked. Great customer service. Thanks David!

My son really wanted Lego City Undercover for his 3ds and the store didn’t have any on the shelves but they did have one on hold for another customer. The girl that worked there went completely out of her way and called me after closing to let me know that the person who had put it on hold never showed up to buy it and that they’d be putting it back on the shelf the following morning unless we’d like to hold it under out name instead. We picked the game up the next morning and my son has been playing it ever since. Thanks for the great customer service! I will definitely shop here again!

Came in here to buy a game and a system and was helped very promptly & professionally. Was greeted as soon as I walked in and ask if I could be helped. I knew what I wanted already and they were able to get me in and out of there with my purchase and sign me up for a power points card in about 10 minutes. Awesome service.

Don’t go or pre order anything from this store they straight up lie to you rip you off and waste your time Showed up to pick up my copy of grand theft auto 5 and I had pre order the special edition($ 80) one and I specified I wanted the $ 80 one just to make sure. So when it came out I was so excited I forgot my receipt, no problem hey right? NOWRONG they tried to get away with charging me $ 150 for the collectors edition of GTA5, which is not what I wanted at all. So since I didn’t have a receipt they kicked me out of the store back to the end of the line and said I had to wait, so once that’s all and done they just said «hey that’s no big deal we can give you the regular version» I just took the stupid game and they straight up lied to me and said the special edition was a GameStop exclusive… amazon sold the special and I’m pretty sure so did Walmart, target and best buy. If it were any other game other then grand theft auto 5 I would’ve asked for a refund and filed a complaint. Plus I didn’t want the drive out there to be for nothing

Not enough employees. Check out takes forever between the phone and the associate talking to everyone about her personal life. People go to therapy to pay someone to listen to their mindless bullshit. I just want to checkout and leave. Thank U.

Went in with our son to just look around. They have a bunch of used games that I noted in my mom memory bank and went back a day later. Dylan is 4 so we need Lego games no shooting games and they had a bunch. I picked one and when the checker looked she found the same game(Never used) with a second game(Again never used) for 3 dollars more. Sweet!

My husband and I went in to replace a game that broke. The associate was friendly, knowledgable and genuinely liked his job! It’s hard to find teenagers that actually want to «work» at work, so this was a pleasant surprise!

We LOVE gamestop! A good chunk of my paycheck goes to video games and it safe to say all video game sales go to game stop! We use to shop at the one in slatten ranch but the crew their is not mature so we now go to the Streets of brentwood store. G and his crew always take good care of us!

«Can we?» If we are driving anywhere near the Streets of Brentwood, that question needs no further explanation. It’s my teen asking if we can go into Game Stop«real quick». Which always translates to money out of my pocket, «real quick». I purposely try to avoid this place because I’m just as bad as she is. We both usually walk out with a new toy. I could do without the salesman’s obligatory«answer me these questions three» every time I stop in to buy a game for my daughter. It’s a store filled with video games though, so it’s something I have just learned to deal with. My teenage daughter was hanging out with a friend and tried to buy a game that had an «M» rating. She was denied. I went back and bought it for her later. They didn’t know I was ok with it, so I give them props for keeping it legit. I like being able to get games at half the price or less because they are«used». They guarantee they’ll work, so the fact that the disc has taken a spin in someone else’s unit makes no difference to me.
