Delta Roofing

My first review but I felt obligated to leave an excellent review for Delta roofing and the owner Eric. Delta replaced my roof over 5 years ago. It was a big job with our roof being very steep and they completely removed the old roof and put down new plywood and shingle. I’ve had 2 minor problems recently. One was a single shingle has come off. Eric came over himself and fixed it no problem. There was another minor issue with a portion of the bitumen on the flat portion which appeared to be coming off slightly in an area. I only found out because we were installing attic fans and they noticed it then. It was not a big deal but did require someone getting on a long ladder to access that area. Eric again addressed it promptly without charging me. I suppose I could give them 4.5 stars since there were a few minor issues but I suspect these types of minor issues arise with most roofs. Eric and Delta roofing was so responsive and professional addressing these issues even this far out that I rounded up to 5 stars.

I wish I could give Delta Roofing more than 5 stars…5 just isn’t enough. The owner, Eric, is fantastic at responding to phone, text, and emails in a very timely fashion. He is happy to answer all questions and his explanations were great. Price-​wise, he is comparable to other roofing companies (maybe even a bit less). And customer service and quality couldn’t be better. His crew is very respectful, also were happy to answer my questions, and went above and beyond regarding doing a great job and paying attention to detail. And after the job was finished, they seemed very proud of their work, which they should be. They kept saying that now I had the «nicest roof on the block»! Also, the crew was very good about cleaning up after each work day, and going over the property with a magnet to find the stray roofing nails. I’m thrilled with Eric and his crew. No complaints here. Also, they were very honest. If you need a new roof, call them early. They are so great that there is a waiting list to get their services, but so worth the wait!

Eric and his Delta Roofing crew did a great job on our roof. He responded quickly to my estimate request and took the time to tell me what I needed to know. While we did have our date pushed back a week, when the crew arrived our roof was done quickly and looks great. The only surprise was having to replace a couple of boards that they don’t repaint to match the house, so now we have a corner at the top corner of the house that needs painting but we can’t access. I understand it had to be replaced to pass roof inspection so this was unavoidable it seems. In the end, a great roof and a nice, honest crew to work with.

After getting two estimates that were vastly different I decided to go with Delta Roofing. They did an excellent job replacing cracked tiles, cleaning off moss, replacing rotten wood and painting end boards. The owner, Eric is very knowledgeable and honest and I felt confident with both his estimate and the end product.

Eric and his team made the replacement of my roof a relatively painless process. I had called a few places and either did not get a call back or, in one case, was sent an email with an estimate without even looking at my roof. Eric came to my house and did a thorough look at my roof and explained everything to me in clear detail. I trusted him immediately and had no regrets throughout the process. His team was hard working and very professional and they finished the job earlier than promised. I’m very happy with the job and with the way every aspect was handled.
