Concord Cleaners

After reading these reviews I still made the brave attempt to get a repair done here, only because the convenience of the location to my house. #1 if you like to barter, you can get a deal! I needed an elastic waist band repaired on a dress, not an easy feat to do! While the lady at the counter offered $ 15 for service, I easily persuaded her down to $ 10, which was a great deal! Got the dress back in a reasonable time and it looks fantastic! I would recommend this place for repairs and will definitely be back for dry cleaning in the future!

This is my first review– Was compelled to do so since this place RIPPED me off and overcharged me– then proceeded to not tell me what they charged UNTIL I saw my credit card bill! To add more insult to injury– she HUNG UP on me after I called and inquired why she charged my credit card more than what my slip said. Then I CALLED BACK– She WOULDN’T ANSWER! Seriously?!?
How does a business like this stay open!?!
It’s too bad because they were convenient and did a nice job on my suit…
But I will now make it my personal mission to get the word out there–

I choose to take our items to this cleaners because of the convenient location and because i found a coupon on their website for $ 2 off any suit cleaning. First i will say that the website (
) is not their website. If you google Concord Cleaners (Brentwood, TN) the correct address shows up, but this is not the same company. Therefore, my coupon was no good. The lady said they never have coupons. It’s not very welcoming, and the lady was very short with me. They seemed to have done a good job getting all garments cleaned. i brought in one suit ($ 12?), a blazer ($ 7?), a dress with beaded detailing ($ 14?), and my wedding dress ($ 145). Although the door says same day cleaning, there was a two day turnaround on everything except the wedding dress (that was two weeks). They did a good job cleaning, but the service was less than great. I’ll probably go elsewhere next time.

DO NOT GO! Overpriced, customer service lacking!

This is a conveniently-​located cleaners, near Publix. However, I’ve received spotty customer service over several years of use.
Sometimes, they start closing shop before the published 7:00 pm cutoff. The lady who works there pulls in the rubber hose you run over in the drive-​through that rings the bell inside to alert them that a car is there. So more than once, I’ve shown up at 6:45 pm… and sat… and sat… and sat… If I have to get out of my car an knock on the glass, it’s not really drive-​through and I would have just as soon parked and walked in.
