Debra did a top notch Swedish massage and relieved a lot of tension! She is one of the best massage therapists in the area. I highly recommend her spa services.

Joy is great! I had a nice, relaxing experience. I purchased a Groupon for a 90 minute massage and made another appointment to come back.

Don’t waste your time. Like Tamera, I never got past the phone call. They could not schedule me for ANY DAY at ANY TIME and the scheduler never called me back as I was informed. When I called back days later, they said I was still on the list to be called back. I guess they don’t need anymore clients, which is fine because there are a number of very nice spas in Nashville.

I had a great experience. My friend got me a Groupon for a 90 minute massage, and when I called to schedule an appointment, they called me back promptly to set it up. Debra was my massage therapist and she had a nice, relaxing technique. Really enjoyed it.

I read a few negative reviews about this place and was really disappointed to find that they were accurate. I had a terrible experience. First, I had a hard time getting an appointment — I felt that it might be because I was using a Groupon. Their website only lists 80 minute massages so when you call to make an appointment for a 90 minute massage, they know it’s a groupon and tell you they’ll need to call you back. Once they did call back (I called twice) they asked if they could just call me when they had a cancellation. I said no, I just wanted an appointment. They tried to upsell me a total of 5 times with add-​ons: twice on the phone, arriving at the appointment, and twice during the massage. My 90 minute massage was 80 minutes and I noticed the masseuse covered the clock with a lotion bottle placed on it’s side. When she came back in after I was dressed, I asked if I should tip her directly or at the front desk. She said «it doesn’t matter.» Well, apparently, it DOES! On the way out the woman at the front desk asked about a tip, and then severely scolded me for tipping to masseuse directly, even though I explained to her that the masseuse had just told me it didn’t matter. And by scold I mean, she was ANGRY, out of line, acted as if it was my fault that her masseuse had wrongly informed me. It was awful behavior. I think she needs to go to anger management therapy. I will never go back! TERRIBLE place of business.

Strangest and rudest owner. I have never had such a problem trying to book an appointment and had such an unprofessional and strange phone call. I would find another place to do business.

After reading some of the other positive reviews, I am even more disappointed with my experience. The owner of the spa was nice enough to schedule me for a 5 o’clock massage, which I thought was very nice and convenient since I work til 4:30 every day. I arrived a few minutes early and stood there for about 3 minutes before the owner looked up and said «oh.» At this time, I wasn’t aware she was the owner. She had me fill out my paperwork and disappeared in the back of the office. When I finished my paperwork, I stood there for 15 minutes while I listened to the two women gossip. She eventually came back and proceeded with the massage. It wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but I wouldn’t have given the spa such a poor rating just for that alone. She’s a short woman with weak hands. When she finished, she told me to go ahead and get dressed then come out front and she would have some water for me. I looked at my phone and the time was exactly 6. So much for that hour massage I had been given. It only ended up being about 40 minutes. I felt seriously shorted. Not to mention, she had no water at the front for me and proceeded to try and sell me on their monthly massage deal. That night and the next day I was in serious pain. I’ve never had a massage hurt me more than help me. And I tipped her $ 20… Definitely not worth it.

Please do not give this company your business! For my birthday, I scheduled a 90 minute massage on a Sunday. The morning of my massage, I received news that my grandmother had died in the night. I was obviously too distraught to get a massage, so my husband called the spa and left a message three hours before my appointment. Three hours later, at the time of my appointment, Deb called me and told me in the rudest manner how inconvenienced she was by my cancellation. I explained again to her that we had experienced a death, and she confirmed that she had received my husband’s message. Instead of offering her condolences, she continued to harass me for not providing her with 24 hours notice. I told her that the last thing I wanted was a massage, and hung up. My husband called her back to ask her to apologize for her rude behavior, and she continued to say incredibly rude and insensitive things to him, including a threat to report him to the «Legal Board.» She never acknowledged how hurtful she was on the phone, and did not apologize to us for being absolutely cruel during our grief. I had to deal with several other service people on this day, and they all offered sincere condolences, well wishes, and even hugs. The way Deb treated us was unconscionable — please do not give this company your business.

If you want a facial you have to go here and ask for Hannah! She’s the best. Will definitely be a return customer. A++ rating

Absolutely wonderful experience. I arrived at the spa on a Saturday morning for a scheduled procedure. Dr. Debra noticed I was in extreme pain from a pulled/​strained muscle in my right neck and shoulder area. The pain was so bad it was taking my breath away and making me sick to my stomach. Before we proceeded with the scheduled procedure (for which I had arrived a few minutes early), Dr. Debra took me into a massage room and performed a 20 minute medical massage. I can’t even explain how quickly this relieved my pain. I’m so appreciative of her willingness to do what she could to help me and relieve some of my pain. She even went so far as to tell me if I was still hurting on Monday, call and she would again perform the medical massage for me. I happened upon this spa via an Amazon local deal and and grateful I did. I will definitely continue to use this spa and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I had a great experience with Dr. Debra and highly recommend this spa. I went there for a microdermabrasion treatment and was very happy with the service I received. I even bought a package for 5 additional treatments…2 days after my first treatment I can already see improvement in my skin :) I loved the fact that she didn’t try to push any products on me and all my questions were answered.
Quick note: It’s not your typical spa location, this place is in an office building but don’t let that fool you, once you are inside it looks just like the pictures… very pretty place.
