Follow the one star(which should be ZERO star) reviews. I cannot fathom how this man has a practice. I will not give him the satisfaction of being called a Doctor. In short, he is a rude, arrogant, disinterested jerk. And that’s being rather kind. Perhaps if you go and buy one of his«packages», rather than trying out the business with a Groupon, you might be treated differently. I can only speak to the latter. He has no time for THOSE clients. But he has no problem making you wait an hour to see him, filling out several pages of paperwork and reading lots of laminated sheets. Beverly, at the desk, tells you he’ll go over all of those with you. He does not. You are a clear nuisance and waste of his time and he will get you in and out before you even know what happened. My favorite part was when he told me I «forfeited» the last of my appointments because I didn’t cancel within their window. Odd since I had already scheduled that last appt with Bev? Guess he overruled his office manager.(I can’t imagine she is treated any better than most). Even worse though was when I explained that I had to reschedule because I’d been down with the flu all week and didn’t want to infect anyone, he let me know«my immune system is stronger than yours… It wouldn’t have been an issue.» HA! What a pompous piece of work. So many more details, but hopefully everyone gets the point here. Stay far away. Or end up with not only back pain, but a major headache.

My experience here was not what I was expecting; especially since I’ve been to multiple chiropractors all across the nation. I paid upfront for a deal that consisted of X-rays, consultation, 3 adjustments, and massage. Really I was hoping to find a chiropractor in the town that I just moved to that I could stick with long term that would help me with my goals of healing and strengthening my body for overall wellness. This being said, I’m fully aware that overall wellness doesn’t happen in 3 visits. BUT it did give me a good enough picture of the kind of practice this business runs and how they treat their clients. Making the appointment was easy and the receptionist was kind and informative and provided all documents the doctor wished patients to know about his practice. He wanted his patients to know that he had a wholistic approach that may take time and different approaches for complete healing that involved a treatment plan including exercise, nutrition, multiple chiropractic visits, etc. When I arrived the receptionist again was personable and kind. When the doctor approached he seemed a little put off and distant, but I shrugged that off to difference of personality. We went back into a room where he asked where my areas of concern were, to which I explained, and he insisted that surely there was an accident or something in my life that caused the pain and damage, to which I replied no and we continued to go back and forth. Any question I asked during this time usually got a blank stare and a very short and seemingly vague answer that left me feeling like I should feel stupid for even asking. This was the ‘consultation’ part of the deal. Finally we took the X-ray which consisted of a very concentrated area of my neck. He then explained the different methods of adjustment(manual or instrument) and asked which I preferred. He then adjusted my lower back once, without exposing the why or how. And told me to come back next time and we can look at the X-rays and see how the adjustment took. The next visit he didn’t show me the X-ray but explained that my neck didn’t have much of a curve and insinuated that it’s probably because I sit all day. That’s partially true I’m sure. But no solutions or exercises or recommendations were given as to how to move forward to fix this. As he was asking me to lay down to be adjusted, again I stressed that it was my neck that was hurting and again he adjusted my lower back but on the opposite side from before. Now I was confused. I came in with neck pain hoping to be adjusted. We took an X-ray on my neck but he actually only adjusted my lower back. We talked about my neck being out of alignment but no solutions, recommendations or adjustments were given; just one lower back adjustment per visit. That seemed really odd that he didn’t adjust the place that he took the X-ray. Each visit I expressed that my neck was the main issue and my lower back was what was adjusted. This seemed unsafe since we didn’t take X-rays of my lower back. That was a concern to me especially since my neck pain wasn’t being addressed. I have been to chiropractors in the past and they’ve adjusted multiple places other than just the initial place of concern and so the fact that he adjusted my lower back wasn’t of immediate concern but the fact that he only adjusted literally one place one time per visit seemed concerning that we weren’t addressing all affected areas in order to get to wholistic results. The ‘Massage’ consisted of a vibrating circular motion machine that literally went up and down my spine once, maybe twice. After my third appointment(I paid for 3, I was bound to get what I paid for hoping that this time we’d actually address my area of concern) but alas, no solution there. After the one lower back adjustment, he said ok, I have many wellness packages to help you get back to full health. Let the front desk know which package you want to do and when you want to book the next appointment. Again, no recommendations for my neck or further explanation of how he wanted to help me get to full health. This seemed really odd since all the documents and paperwork I had to read each visit before he doctor would see me, stressed how much he thought wholistic treatment was vital. All in all, I didn’t feel like my concerns were heard, met, or respected. And unfortunately cannot recommend this business to anyone in the future.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. The office is nice and convenient but I’ve never been treated so terribly. I got to the office 15 min before my appt to fill out paperwork that is very detailed. The front desk lady was nice. The Dr came out to get me for my consultation which was the most robotic consultation I’ve ever encountered. I answered all his questions and tried to elaborate on a few but he really didn’t seem to care. I expressed I was nervous and never been to a chiropractor and he didn’t say anything to make me feel at ease. He showed me some posters on the wall that don’t mean too much to me since I’m here to try and figure out what is wrong with me. He took me to another room and told me to lay face down and he felt around on back and neck asking if it hurt or felt different. Still no explanation of what or why he was doing any this. I ask lots of questions because I want to make the most out of my appointments. He said we will take ex rays of your back which is giving you the most trouble and next time you come you can pay extra for the neck. I asked do I need neck ex rays and if I do I want to do that today. We took ex rays of both and I paid the extra $ 45. As we are walking out he said oh I see the curve you were talking about. Then he takes me to the adjustment room has me lay on the table makes one adjustment to my hip/lower back then has me sit in a chair while he proceeds to hit my neck with a tool that he showed me before… honestly I wanted to laugh because it felt like a toy. Then he said ok I will take you upfront to make your next appointment. I’m sorry… didn’t we take ex rays? Are you going to show me what’s wrong with me? He replies at your next visit. I said I wanted to see them now… why would you go thru the trouble and not get an explanation. I told him he had not really explained anything to me… his response to that was I showed you the posters… maybe you should bring your spouse next time so he can explain it to you! What? Did he really just say that? I got visibly upset and said that was inappropriate. I started to leave then he said fine I will show them to you. We walked back to look at the computer and again not much of an explanation. I had to dig it out of him. I could keep on going but I won’t. This guy has no personality and no caring bedside manor. I really had no confidence in anything he said. He acted as though I was bothering him asking questions and that I should already know«the ropes». I bought their Groupon special. I have worked with Groupon and most of my most valuable clients came Groupon. He treated me like I was a bother. I’ve been dealing with this issue for 15 yrs and tried everything… I would pay just about anything to help my back. He lost a loyal and valuable client over his bad attitude. I was very disappointed because I went in so hopeful!

Brought a 7yo child in with Autism. I have to say it was awhile back. He did fantastic! I moved away from Nashville, which is the only reason we stopped going. If we were still there, we’d still be going to him for chiropractic care. I haven’t found another provider for this child yet… Dr. Knotts is irreplaceable!

Stay away from this place. I bought 2 Qpons for a one hour massage, back in August. I called to schedule and they scheduled me on a day they were closed. So, they tell me to come in same time the next day. Then, they called me to reschedule.(I don’t know why) So, when I came in they offered me a free 1 hour massage because they jerked me around. Now, my 2nd Qpon has expired so I called for the free massage. After some song and dance, they told me I could come in tomorrow and only tomorrow. I have to work. I have to plan. Needless to say, I won’t be back.
