I was looking for a florist to buy roses for my Son’s Match Day Ceremony. I live in Indianapolis and had no clue about florist in Brentwood and the surrounding area. I googled and found Accent Flowers. I went in and had the pleasure of meeting and working with Sara. I described our celebration and Sara suggested various arrangements to chose from that would fit our expectations. I did the order after 12 pm and it was available at 4:30 pm as promised. I am amazed with the customer service, the top quality of the dozen of roses, and the warm customer service. Thank you Sara! Our celebration was wonderful and the roses were the best! I live in the San Diego area. My daughter recently moved to Brentwood and got her own place. To celebrate all of this I looked up nearby florists and chose Accent. I left the arrangement design to the florist. After delivery I asked my daughter what she thought of the arrangement and requested a photo. My daughter thought the arrangement was quite nice and was pleased. The delivery was the same day. Mary, to whom I spoke on the phone, was very friendly, assuring, and professional. I will continue to use Accent in the future and may increase their star rating as we have more experience with them. Brock

Needed to send flowers for a funeral viewing at the last minute. Asked for a plant w/​flowers. Ordered a «green plant» for $ 45 w/​$ 8.50 delivery charge plus tax. When I went to the viewing, began looking for the plant. There was a sad looking 3 foot plant at the door that looked in need of water. This was my $ 45 plant & I was very embarrassed! I would have been better off to have gone to a plant store & bought something myself! Very poor quality! Would not order from here again!
