My husband and I got married in October 2013 and hired Yvette and to this day feel that she was the best decision we ever made during the wedding planning process! We wanted a coordinator that would make the day worry free and take care of everything and Yvette did exactly that. She went above and beyond and was a delight to work with. She was professional and truly thought of all the«little things» and made sure the day and final preparations went smoothly. It was the BEST feeling showing up to our wedding after a day of getting ready and she had worked with our venue to set everything up and make sure everything was taken care of and coordinated. Yvette and A Trinity Event are top notch and would highly recommend!

Yvette Mendell is absolutely fantastic! Best money I spent! She has packages that you can customize to what you really need. I was really organized and did most of the planning with my mom and sisters, so I really just wanted help with the timeline, set-up and running things day of. She helped me create a package for just that. She is in contact with you throughout the process, does a pre-event meeting, handles the rehearsal, and literally does everything day of — setup and tear down. She was amazing and I don’t know what I would have done without her. Everyone kept telling me how calm and relaxed I was on my wedding day. Its true! I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She was always a few steps ahead of me. Thank you Yvette — you are worth your weight in gold!

Yvette Mendell came and helped out at my daughter’s wedding this past September as a day-of wedding coordinator. I don’t know what we would have done without her! Every time I turned around to see if people were in their correct places, she was already on top of it. She made sure my daughter had her bouquet just in time for the bouquet toss. She made sure that the groomsmen had their boutineers just before photographs were taken. She worked closely with the staff at Purple Orchid to get the timeline just right. And in the end, it was a beautiful event, with much of the thanks going to Yvette!

Yvette Mendell was our wedding coordinator. She did a phenomenal job, from start to finish. As the bride, I hardly ever saw her — she was just that good. She was checking in with all the vendors, working with the staff at the Purple Orchid Inn(where we got married) and also helping guide guests and the wedding party. She checked in on me and my bridesmaids several times before the ceremony and also came and checked in on my husband and I during the reception to make sure we were happy. Her organization skills helped make the event a huge success and I can not thank her enough for her hard work!
