125 Canvas & Upholstery

In response to Rogers latest comment dated 6÷9÷2015. Roger you have many happy customers writing wonderful things about your work. Focus on that. Your latest comment is no where near the «true story” — why lie? I did contract with you to build a new enclosure (in February) and you quoted me the upholstery job for the interior (we never had a contract for that). You were not able to finish anything but the Bimini roof (which is a quality job– I never complained about your quality). I waited and waited and heard one excuse after the next about why you couldn’t make it to the boat to finish the side panels. Finally I gave up, told you not to go on my boat and threatened to sue (you got the letter from my attorney). You decided to file a claim first and we went to court and met with an arbitrator (you remember that day, you had forgotten about the meeting and she had to call you to get you to show up at the court house). At the end of it we both agreed not to push the case any further (you dropped your suit and I agreed not to start a suit against you). How you can say that I «agreed to your terms» seems if not a lie, at least a big stretch of the truth. The truth is as it has always been 125 Canvas contracted with me, took money from me and only delivered a portion of what was contracted for. I did not recover all of the money I gave you for the down payment and initial work, and it cost me an additional $ 1500 to have the sides fabricated by someone much more customer service friendly. For my job you let me down in a big way, for others it seems as though you have done well by them. Maybe I was the one-​off, the aberration, hey Linda H gave you 5 stars after waiting a long time and getting impatient, your final work made up for her unhappiness. I never got to see your «final work” — remember? I will not use you again, and cannot recommend you to anyone I know, I do not believe the things you say. Good luck in the future.

I had what I thought was an odd situation. I have a Shaved Ice concession trailer which I needed a couple of things done with canvas. Working with Roger and his men was a pleasure. I brought the trailer down to him and we discussed my needs and wants. They had some great Ideas that honestly, I wouldn’t have thought of.
I feel I got a great job for a fair price and in a very timely manner. I actually will be going back for another piece of canvas when the weather breaks.
I would highly recommend Roger for any canvas or upholstery needs you may have.
I only wish I could post pictures so you could see for your self.

I have had 125 Canvas recover one motorcycle seat and do a complete custom seat for me for another one of my café racer project bikes. I have been very pleased and impressed with the quality and attention to detail and the price for the work is reasonable. I plan to send more work their way in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

While we did wait awhile and were getting impatient, there is a reason as what these guys did was absolutely gorgeous, and worth the wait.
We have an old 1957 boat that was a «rat» and they turned our ugly duckling into a beautiful swan. I love it and I cannot say enough for the workmanship.
I would go back there again in a heartbeat.
Simple beautiful.
Our boat is now literally going to be featured in a calendar as it is so special.

We needed to have three pieces of family heirloom furniture completely refurbished, and we had no idea where to go. 125 canvas and upholstery is a local business, so I stopped in to see what it was like. Unlike other businesses Roger stopped everything to talk to me and educate me on the options available. He’s modern business savvy, utilizing the Internet for business when available which I love, it makes things so much easier. All three pieces were big jobs, all were done to perfection, and as much as possible the original horse hair and woodwork was saved and redone. They are conversation pieces now, and dealing with Roger was an absolute pleasure. Looking forward to doing more business with this local company!

We needed some springs re-​attached on a couch we bought not too long ago. Roger was able to perform the repair at our house, saving time, transport costs, etc.
Also he is located in the same town we live in — Brentwood NH — another plus.
