Cortin Village is, in my opinion, the best apartment complex in Brenham. The apartment I stayed in was pretty new. It was very clean when I first moved in. The move out wasn’t difficult. I signed on for a 6 month lease and then a 3 and you can also do a month to month. They are very accommodateing. Any maintenance that I needed, they always did very quickly. Also, the price, for Brenham, is pretty reasonable. They also have a pool and allow pets. The only thing I wish they had was a fitness center. I really miss that in all the other apartments I’ve had. Overall I rate it 5 stars.
