I don’t recommend buying parts from this dealer. They advised me to buy a part that wasn’t needed for my bike so I did. Then when I found out that I didn’t and tried to return it they said I couldnt. Part was never installed and it took over 2 weeks to tell me that. I recommend if they try and sell you a part you do all the research and make sure it is actually needed. They lost a customer for life.

Excellent customer service! Service Department has gone over and beyond for us and their sales staff is outstanding and not pushy like other places. It feels like we’re part of the family there and we thank them for that. We have been a customer of theirs since they opened in Poulsbo years back!

This place gets 3 stars from me only for their selection of gear and bikes. The 2 times I have visited to check out bikes were OK. The short skinny guy who spoke with my brother and I loves to trash talk people’s bikes and state how yamaha is going to be better, I was given a very rough estimate on my trade in which nobody bothered to look at, then I was told I could only test ride a bike if I was committed to buying the same day. You guys might fool other customers, but I don’t mind a long drive to a different business. You have lost any future business that may have happened from me and I will let my friends and family who ride know not to come here.

My husband and I had been looking for a 2003 Harley Davidson Fatboy for a few months. After locating a bike available at Brothers, we spoke with them to get more details and decided to make the 70 minute drive to see the bike and test drive it. Ive had the whole «Bait and Switch» experience in the past. Salesman tells you everything you want to hear and when you arrive the vehicle is nothing close to what you were told or it was sold just before you arrived but they have another one that you might like. Yeah sure! Nicco greated us as soon as we arrived and had the bike ready to test ride. The price was agreed on in the parking lot. None of the hours of sweating in an office while they go back and forth asking the manager if he will accept it. From the time we arrived, we were in and out in about 1 hour. Honest salesman, very fair price, paperwork was prepared in minutes, he filled the gas tank and we had the bike we wanted and smiled all the way home! Great place to do business! !

I purchased a Motorcycle from these guys last week. I found the bike I wanted on their website. It was a blowout special they had on leftover stock. I called to make sure they still had it for sale and confirmed the special price. I dealt with Nico in sales. Very friendly and helpful on the phone. I did some paperwork via e-​mail, he was quick to respond and took care of business. I wanted the financing all ready when I showed up as I was coming from further away and they completely delivered on my expectations, it was well worth the extra miles to deal with these guys. I was in and out of finance in minutes. Financing with them was a painless experience! I was then explained my bikes features from top to bottom. The gentleman teaching me about all the functions/​features was very polite and courteous as well as knowledgeable about the actual bike. I got a quick tour of the place and it all seemed great with a very polite crew working there. I definitely recommend giving these guys a chance to earn your business. A+!

Bought both my bikes and watercrafts there. Got a terrific deal. The staff was very friendly and did not over sale me what I did it need. I will let y’all know how the service goes when I bring them in next summer.

I was in a bit of a jam needing tires put on at the last minute, and having already gone to two motorcycle repair shops I was really in a bind before I had to get back home outside WA. The BP Team got me in THAT DAY! I was so impressed by their service team & sales guy that I headed into the parts department and bought a pair of M/​C pants and a new chain too. They also have a great bike night Wed. nights — they rode the same amazing route I’d done the day before, and I was only sorry I didn’t have time to go with them. Thanks BP!

Again HAD to use «The Brothers» due to the only dealer within the area. Again was treated poorly. I had to call them about the status of my bike, and was told «It’s coming down off the lift as we speak, the Mechanic will call you after he finishes the paperwork». This was at 1:30 PM. After not hearing a single thing from them at 5PM I called them back and asked again about the service, and was told again, Once the mechanic finishes the paperwork he will call you. WHAT is he writing a book detailing how my bike was being serviced? FFS. Local business that doesnt give 2 sh*ts about customer service cuz he is the only game in town, and he KNOWS it.

I’ve bumped them up from one to two stars because I like using this place to preview bikes. They don’t really talk to you, so you have uninhibited opportunities to sit on the bikes and jot down prices.

i brought a seadoo in to troubleshoot an electrical problem. i was quoted aproximately $ 300 to evaluate. At the end of the day i was told that the electrical system checked out ok. I was given readings on the components. So far, so good. I was told that since all else was ok, needed a new MPEM computer, the brain of the electrical system. The total would be $ 1000 parts and labor. I asked what if the MPEM was replaced and the engine still did not run? Here is where I have a problem, the answer was I pay for the part and labor and they continue to troubleshoot! I stopped the work, instead going elsewhere to find that the MPEM was not faulty. Had they replaced the MPEM they would have found later that one of the magneto coils that they tested OK, was shorted.
I strongly suggest staying away from a shop that wont take a part back that they recommend and install, especially an expensive part, when the problem turns out to be elsewhere.

I called about an ATV that they had for sale on the ATV Trader Online but they had sold it already so they got another one from out of state for me for alot less than any of the other dealers that I contacted previously.
Richard was the salesman who took care of me, Jessica did the paperwork and the guys from the sevice dept went over the ATV with me. All of them were AWESOME everything went smoothly.
Best buying experience ever. It was worth the 60 mile drive one way to get.
I will be needing another ATV in the future for my daughter and this will be the 1ST Place that I contact about that purchase. I highly recommend this business.

Honda and Yamaha dealer. Service is decent, they are fairly friendly and accomodating. Gear is pricey, selection is OK.
