Great customer service, as Randy really knows his stuff. We are so fortunate to have found him! He explains issues and options and gets it done on time and on budget. We highly recommend him for heating and cooling repair and installation.

I just moved to WA the other day and had an issue with my furnace. Randy walked me through the issue, was incredibly helpful, and is very knowledgable about the system. He has reasonable rates for basic servicing, and was more than willing to walk me through the issue to show me how to resolve the issue in the future.

Randy is the most knowledgeable repair specialist that I have met for Heat Pumps and Heating Systems. Randy came behind a mess created by an inexperienced firm and corrected all system components to everyone’s satisfaction.

Randy is a very knowledgeable HVAC professional. He removed my inefficient electric forced-​air furnace from the 1980’s and replaced it with an efficient heat pump. I received price quotes from two other HVAC companies. Not only did Randy destroy the other two quotes, but now my electric bill is SIGNIFICANTLY lower and I will have efficient A/​C in my house when summer comes! With the energy efficiency and cost savings, the system will pay for itself rather quickly.
One last thing… he does clean jobs. You won’t find dirty finger prints like a trail of bread crumbs which let you trace his path. I noticed he wore booties over his shoes several times too. This might sound insignificant but anyone who has hired a plumber or electrician (or HVAC etc) and has been left with black smudges everywhere throughout the house will appreciate this.
