The place is really clean and sorted well.
I went in to buy a used controller. Got home and the buttons didn’t work. Very surprising they don’t test their electronics. We had to buy a new one. All the others they had to choose from were cracked with rubber missing & for the same price as the good looking one they thought worked. Wouldn’t negotiate.
Very frustrating. Refunded. I could tell they thought I swapped it at home. totally understandable too.
I will be back for jewelry but I wont buy any electronics when time is an issue. I can’t believe they would buy broken shit! also, to price different quality of same item identical prices seems silly to me.
Very professional sales staff.

Great customer service, but long lines and not to much experts on many items they sell. But I still loving coming here.

If your not trying to pawn something off good luck getting any service here. I come here looking for electronics every now and then. Sometimes I’ll find something I like but have questions about and wait for about 20 minutes to get someone to help me to no avail. Then I get annoyed and leave. I repeat this about once every 2 weeks because the prospect of a good deal is too tempting for me to resist but really, I hate this place a lot.
