I am disappointed with Maaco, Bremerton. Be very sure you understand what«minimal prep service’ means. The«minimal prep service» performed by Maaco was less than I understood ‘minimal prep’ to mean when we did the walk-around-survey prior to signing up for the paint job. I have visible chips in the old paint that were not feathered-in prior to painting. My bumper was to be repaired. Maaco repaired most of the bumper, but left some old paint cracked, did not fill a divot, and did not smooth out all of the scrapes. They painted right over those bumper defects that I thought I had paid to have repaired. When I went back to talk, the shop manager Jon told me they were a production shop(whatever that means) and left me thinking that I expected too much from their shop. As a bonus I got a hair painted into my C pillar.

they did a pretty good job on my paint job for the price. I paid 750 for the door jams and the bed of my truck as well as a full body job. there are some things they could have done better but i am still a happy customer. The guys working there was so helpful and nice. My windshield wiper broke after i got my paint job(not there fault) and they wanted me to stay in touch to make sure i got home okay.(it was raining)

Nick Pugh and his staff did an excellent job repairing my 2011 S Line Audi Q5 after the dreaded hit and run. My ride looks like it rolled right out of the dealership!
