Terrible pedicure done, scary how the clean and use the water which you soak or use the feet to clean there apartus. Its one thing to ensure safety, and health standards. However when a establishment gets inudated with Clientel and cant comprehend nail termonolgy or decipher from whats best and not. Or bleed the cuticles by rushing or talking Tieng Vet? To think i wont understand is appauling at most. However this owner needs to seriously re evalute or take the cheap way out. I wont reccomend such a place at all…

Pedi price is right at $ 25. Staff was nice. Took me as a walk in right away. Felt with my ingrown nails without any pain.

Nice customer service but my friend’s pedicure was rushed and she said her heels were still rough and mine… well… see the pictures. The lady that cleaned and prepped mine dug really deep to get the hang nail out. It didn’t hurt at the time but the next day they were sore.

Rushed and did a poor job. Was upset because I was trying to treat myself. Cost 45 for acrylics gel color and he refused to do my toes. :(You can see through the black paint and the matte is uneven. I wish I didn’t pay for it.

I have been coming here for some time now. My «go-​to» person is LeeAnna. I’ve had acrylic sets, shellac, pedis, wax… And I’ve always been very happy with service and their equality of work.
I’m always complimented on my nails and I recommend Kitsap Nails whenever I can.

Rude and horrible customer service. I use to always go in to try and get my eye brows waxed and every time I go in there she would say she’s busy (which I understad but I always got the impression that me only getting my eye brows waxed isn’t good enough and she’s not making very much money off it so screw me) the owner would never asked me to wait 5 or 10 mins she always tells me to come back. Well I’ll be sure to never come back.

Horrible customer service. I came in the morning for a wax, then went on a hike and broke a nail. Went back to get my nail fixed and she asked me to come back at 6:30pm. I said sure, no problem. Came back at 6:30 and sat there patiently for 15 minutes. They took 4 people in front of me as I was sitting there… 2 for a wax and 2 pedicures. She then tells me that they don’t take appointments for nails… What!!! I said, ‘you told me to come back’. She then says, ‘can you go someplace else? We are too busy now’ It was almost 7 and no one else was open.
I guess my future business means nothing to them… I won’t go back!

Best nails in Kitsap! Not overpriced and they do a wonderful jobs lots of attention to detail. Waxing was also reasonable and they did a good job. Very clean facility to boot! This is the only place I will go thanks team!

It’s my first time in Seattle and my first time at this nail salon and I love it! I was here five mins ago haha The workers were so sweet and the customer service was great! If and when I come back to Seattle I will be going to this nail salon and only this nail salon. They did a wonderful job! I wish I got their names but it’s fine I really recommend this place!

The Nail Artist here can literally draw anything. The best nail art I’ve ever seen. My mom, sisters, & I always come to this location. It’s so cheap and the work done here is marvelous. Thank You!

I went in to get my nails done a while ago and the lady who was doing them had no clue how to shape them. I even used a picture as a reference and said I wanted them exactly like the picture. After she had the shape done she asked me how they were and I absolutely hate complaining, but they were nothing like the picture. So I said I thought they looked shorter in the picture. She became very offended grabbed my hand back and said she’d fix them. Only she made them worse. She acted very rushed. She didn’t take any time or care in filing my nails and was very rough and flustered in the process. She asked me again how they were. I didn’t want to complain again. So I just took a long pause, trying to think of how to explain what I wanted in way that she would understand, but she seemed so rushed it made me very uncomfortable. She handed me off to another lady who was calmer and much nicer. The second lady got the shape alright. Otherwise I’d probably probably only give one star. My request wasnt too crazy. I’ve shaped them myself before with no problem at all. If you’re going in for a basic rounded square tip, they’ll be great. Paint job, great. Anything out of the ordinary, don’t go here. They’ll act like you’re a hassle. Well, at least that first lady will. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name.

Went in only because I wasn’t able to travel 20 minutes to the salon I usually go to. I had only 2 broken nails and this place is right by where I live so I decided to stop by. When the lady started taking off what was left of my 2 broken nails it hurt soooo bad. More than usual. I kept telling her that she was hurting me and soon enough I look down and was bleeding. Then when I went to wash my hands I was able to get a better look at the place. Wasn’t very clean. When it came to painting the two broken nails that she fixed I picked the color that matched the rest of my nails. I had memorized the brand and name because I liked it so much. She looks down at the rest of my nails and tells me they didn’t own a matte top coat. What nail salon doesn’t have a matte top coat? Pretty much meant I had to have ALL of my nails repainted to match each other. Wasn’t really happy about having to spend the extra 10 bucks for a polish change. As I went to go dry under the UV light I looked down at my nails. The ones she fixed were WAAAY shorter and not even square, which is what I asked for. Yes it was my fault for not checking them before she put the nail polish on but I shouldn’t have to in the first place

Lynn does my eyebrows and does an amazing job. They work really hard to get all walk-​ins seen ASAP and I will always recommend them for all the services. Very clean as well

Definitely would not recommend. Aside from the poor customer service, the facility was not clean and everything appeared to violate health requirements. After I saw that the lady in the pedicure chair next to me had a very bad case of fungus on her toes, and after they refused to put the sanitizing powder in the water before I put my feet in to soak, I decided it was definitely time to go.

Lin does the best eyebrow waxing. I get compliments all the time on mine and recommend her to everyone!

My sister and I decided to venture off to find a new place to go waxing d/​t being unhappy with the lady we used to go to (tina’s in silverdale) and were told about this place.
we were quite surprised! We called a half hour before coming in at 1 and it was quite busy (with 5 – 6 workers) on a Satuday. We came early and did not have to wait long. We were told to see Lin so that’s who we saw. She is fast, but in a good way! She doesn’t miss any hair and shaped my eyebrows exactly what I’ve been telling all the other waxers in my life to do! SO HAPPY! I have officially converted to a new waxing place and recommend anyone to give this place (ESPECIALLY LIN!!) a try!

We were able to walk-​in and be helped right away. They were very professional and clean and chatted with/​teased my husband who had his first pedicure today. Reasonably priced and a beautiful view out the front window! Will definitely go again!

This was my second time going there. The first time I was in and out with a fill and a wax in less than 30 minutes and was in love with their work. Went back thinking I’d get the same treatment, was told it would take 15 minutes to get a wax. Waited 45 minutes when a lady came in and asked if she could get a wax. They took her before me an told me that they forgot about me. I was angered and told them I was ahead of her and another lady beside me said she had been waiting an hour for her wax and she was before me!!! Terrible service. Their excuse «understaffed». I’ll never go here again!
