Shannon the owner of jet heating and cooling totally dropped everything to help my mother whose heat pump had gone out in 95 degree wearher. Her health is poor and cannot tolerate high temperatures. July 5th on a Sunday. Best service ever. two other companies don’t answer the phone.

Jet came to our rescue two days before Thanksgiving. Other companies said they could come in two weeks. Jet’s guy Shannon, worked us into his busy schedule in a holiday week! He had our furnace fixed the night before Thanksgiving! Now we can thaw along with our turkey. Thank you Jet. Thank you Shannon.
