Country Nursery & Gardens

Our go to nursery in Kitsap County. Great selection of ornamental plants, fruit trees and vegetables, but best of all is the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. They also have bulk garden soil and compost at a very reasonable price.

This is a beautiful garden store and nursery with many little ‘environments’ to savor. There’s a tabletop completely covered in sedums. There’s a water wheel. There’s a wooden porch full of urns and birdbaths. It’s a lovely, creative place nestled into the woods off of Chico Way in Bremerton (Silverdale area). There are signs to follow once you’re off the highway. It’s very close to 303. The staff is friendly and there’s something for every kind of garden. From ‘fairy miniature gardens’ to native plants. They sell organic gardening supplies. There is a big bulk landscaping section in back that I didn’t visit where you can buy yards of topsoil of compost mix. There is a garden store and also a garden-​themed gift shop. It’s not a huge acre plus acre type of place. More of a place with garden ‘rooms’.

Good selection of shrubs and flowers. A very cute little country store as well. Not many veggie starts this time of year though.
