Very nice rooms, they were small, but we spent most of our days out and about anyways. Staff was always very friendly. I would stay here again.

Great rooms already, plus, they seem to be making updates. Pet friendly with a reasonable fee of $ 10. Free breakfast wasn’t bad, pretty standard but tasty. John at the front desk was just lovely and as accommodating as possible. Thanks!

We stopped in for a quick one night stay on the way to Florida. The staff were great, super helpful and apologetic. The first room we had was 220. The second you walk in it smelled like ganja, so we asked for another. That room wasn’t cleaned when we went in. So! Our hopes that the third time would be a charm proved to be good. The room was clean and provided the essentials. So for the rooms themselves and the hotel I would give it two stars. With the staff being so friendly and courteous I gave them 4 stars. That brings us to our 3 star rating. Would I come back? Maybe.

Awful! We had never stayed in a Microtel before, but we ran into some bad weather and the first 2 places we stopped were full that night. So, we thought we would give it a try — after all, how bad could a Wyndam Hotel be? Apparently, pretty bad. I will say, the desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming. The lobby area looked OK, nothing special, but clean. The elevators were kind of scary! Our room was more than scary. The bathroom floor was sticky and the sink did not drain properly. Washing my hands filled up the bowl completely and it took several minutes to drain. The tub didn’t look clean and the towels were so thin, I decided to not even attempt a shower. The dust on the carpeted area was thick around the edges. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and the walls were so thin, we heard every word of conversation from the room next to us. Because it was so late and the weather was so bad, we decided to just try to get a couple of hours of sleep before heading out. The next morning, breakfast was available, but we didn’t try any. Based on this experience, we will not be staying at Microtel again.

The hotel was very affordable and clean but best of all it has a super friendly staff. The continental breakfast had a wide variety and was good. They have a new and clean workout room. I stayed there for five days and enjoyed the free coffee and cookies all day long. The WiFi was always strong! I have stayed in some cheap hotels in Carrollton and this one is only 7 miles away and is the best hotel in Carroll County for the price…
